Lower Back pain?

Hey guys for some reason whenever i begin my workout i start out with a easy jog for 5 mins and for some reason everytime i do my lower back tightens up and feels sore? Im not sure why i stretch and everything before i start and it just tightens up as im jogging? any ideas as to why this is happening and sometimes my lower right side will be tighter than my left and vice versa...
any advice i would really appreciate it!
