Low test after PCT.

So I went and got some blood work done 1.5 weeks ago to see where my test levels were, because I've been feeling lethargic, irritable and low libido. My PCT ended over 2 months ago and I just now felt a crash in my energy and sex drive. Well, sure enough my overall test levels were low, well below the average but my free test levels were normal. I don't know why now it's like this because I did a proper PCT. I did pick up some HCGenerate and Bridge and started back up on some DAA to hopefully help raise my overall test. My doc wants to do another test in 6 weeks which will be near the end of September. Has anybody else experienced something like this?
 
First what was your cycle??

next, start running the bridge and HCGen, they will helpout quite a bit. When you go back in for the 2nd time around your bloods will be much better.....by how much IDK?? but they will improve.
 
It was hdrol for 6 weeks stacked with stano-drol for 8 weeks with an 8 week pct. I started using the HCGen, Bridge and DAA this past Monday.
 
I see you are 33. Did you by any chance ever have bloods done prior to the cycle? I only ask because most of the time, and I'm not ragging on you here, people only ever get blood work done AFTER they have already ran a cycle and start having issues. But if you never knew what your levels were before, then you don't really have a base line to judge off of. It's quite possible your levels were already low well before you cycled from other variables you were unaware of. You are in your 30's ;) And then obviously the cycle did NOT help any on top of that.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to have bw done because I was in Iraq at the time I started my cycle. Prior to my cycle, I had no problem with my energy, mood or sex drive. I used to be one horny bastard with energy but not so much now. So that's why I am a little reluctant to start another ph cycle.
 
right, i got you. Makes sense. Unfortunately symptoms don't always follow numbers if you know what I mean. Some guys are horny as hell with test levels only in the 400's, others can't even get an erection while on trt with levels close to a thousand. Maybe a full hormonal panel is in order. Test levels, estrogen, LH, FSH, SHBG, etc.. To see where you stand across the board on everything. If you used clomid I'm willing to bet your estrogen is pretty high, clomid will do that to you.
 
When I get my follow up bw at the end of this month, I will ask my doc to do a full hormonal panel, if he hasn't already.
 
that natty stack will be ok. start squating and deadlifting and eatting healthy fats in the morning. if still low, see a doc for more help. also get sleep 8 hours a night , get ZMA as well .
 
They said my free test was normal, I forgot what the number was, but my overall test was low, below average something like in the low 200's.
 
So I have the results from my first bw which was 2 months ago.

Total Test: 283.14 with ref. range of 350 - 890 and unit: ng/dL.
% Free Test: 1.9 with ref. range of 1.6 - 2.9
Free Test: 54.4 with ref. range of 47 - 244 and unit: pg/mL
SHBG: 34 with ref. range of 13 - 71 and unit: nmol/L

I went yesterday for my follow up and should be getting those results by Friday. Once they come in I will be able to compare and hopefully my Test levels will be higher. I've been taking DAA, HCGenerate and Bridge for over a month now so we'll see if that stuff helped.

well those will help you make gains, libido ect, i am not sure about long term. if your doctors are looking at these tests then you dont want to be on any boosters.
 
No, not at all. It took a couple of days to get the results. They told me over the phone but I didn't come around to get my copy until 2 months later.

UPDATE: Got my results in from my 2nd bw. All the ref. ranges are still the same. As you can see with the new results, not much of an increase but at least it did increase some. I would have thought that taking all 3 supps. would have increased it more but oh well. My overall test is still a bit low but my free test is normal, which is the important one. Looking at starting my 3rd ph cycle in the beginning of Nov. and will continue to get bw done to keep track of everything.

Total Test: 295.63
% Free Test: 2.1
Free Test: 62.5
SHBG: 29

it can take up 9 months to recover. keep dosing DAA and maybe get some new bioforge. running another PH is the WORST thing you can do right now. you might screw your test up for life.

Well, I've been off cycle for 7 months now and it's been 5 months since my PCT has ended. So, I should be fine going into my next cycle. That overall test number might just be my norm but who knows. I didn't have the luxury of having bw done before I started my first cycle so I really don't know if that is normal for me or not. I will get a second opinion and take both results to a endocrinologist and see what they say.

On a second note, how the hell do people take multiple cycles in a year without any bw and just do a pct and recover or these pros that are constantly shooting themselves up with steroids year round?

Well, the thing is you didn't do pre cycle bloods as well. So for all you know, and is most likely the case, your levels BEFORE you started cycling were more than likely around 300 as well. As for why your natural levels are low to begin with like that, that's going to be something you would need to dig into. Get to the root of the cause.
 
Also found out, from my second bw, that I have mono, which would explain why I have been feeling tired all the time for the past month to tow months.
 
some people just go by proven stuff. some bounce back faster than others. I only do 1 a year because i dont bounce back super fast but dont feel i bounce back slow. the other guys are on test so its a bit easier as well as on hcg and stuff. still dangerous. try eating some healthy fats in the morning and hitting heavy deep squats.
 
what i would do is get clomid from a different source, dose it at 25mg for 4-6 weeks, start DAA maybe a week or so in at 3 grams a day for 6 weeks before you run anything. also it is good to stack a very lose dose AI like aromasin (exemestane) during that time at something like 12.5mg every other day. It can help with LH. I think your body can get above the blood work you have and it will hlep you live a better life in and out of the gym as well as keeping gains.

some also do nolva 10mg clomid 25mg ED or EOD for a 3-6 week period with a low dose AI. i would see a doctor though because those are lower than you want man.
 
Well, the clomid I had was from a research chem. place so who knows how good it was. I don't have a source so these research chems or online pharmacies, and who knows how legit their stuff is, is all I got. I will try a combo of the nolva and clomid for about a month along with forma-stanazol (since I already have forma) at a low dose and then some DAA after that for about 6 weeks.

I will be seeing and endocrinologist before I start this post-post pct to see what they say.

You should have FSH / LH levels checked. This will tell you why your test is low.

If your LH & FSH are low, then your HTPA isn't working right. To verify, get some HCG and inject 1000 iu EOD for a couple of weeks, then retest. If your test levels are normal, then your HTPA needs work. Start a course of nolvadex and/or an AI like letrozole.

If your FSH & LH are normal / high, then your testes are not sensitive to the the LH & FSH your brain is producing. It's highly unlikely that a short 8 week cycle caused this, and it might just be something genetic. You can try nolvadex for 5-6 weeks, as it can sensitize your testes and help you start producing more test. If that doesn't work, you may need/want to get on TRT...

Not unless I can get the doc to prescribe me some HCG then I'm s.o.l. on that one. I feel that I am back to normal, meaning I get morning wood every now and then and wood during the night at times when I am asleep along with getting my sex drive back. I think getting mono had a lot to do with suppressing my sex drive because I was feeling tired all the time and no energy but now that is going away, everything else seems to be falling back in place.

All of your suggestions are great but the problem is, I don't have a source to get me legit gear. So, otc stuff will have to suffice or resort to using this research chem crap.

this is a good idea. you odnt wanan go crazy on the SERM use of course but if you cant see a doc this has been successful. i think you are doing a good route by not doing anyother cycle yet. Forma, DAA, some lowdose nolva/clomid can really help. i wouldnt do another cycle until like January-February man
 
Mono sucks.

And so does serving in Iraq, with all due respect.

Sounds like you just need some rest and relaxation for a bit and you'll come back strong. Don't be afraid to take a break. You earned it!
