Low free testosteron:-(

Hallo!
Just had bloodwork done and I was as healthy as they come, BUT my free test was low.

Total test 19 (10-30)
SHBG was in range but dont remember exactly
free test 4,9 (5-16)

The units is european so dont put som much weight on them just the values.

The thing is my Libido has been low for a bloody long time and I think this might be the reason. I started another JW-run a few ays ago and maybe that will free some up while decreasing the total test.

So, anyone has any good input on what to do? How would a low dose androdiol do? Say 60 mg's ed? Woul that be supressive at all?

I think the obvious thing to do here is take a supp to increase your free test. How the heck do you have androdiol? The same stuff from Ergopharm years ago (4-ad). Stuff gotta be expired lol. Look at some Activate Xtreme, it's a great supp and binds to SHGB to that it doesn't bind to testosterone. I would try that before taking ANYTHING hormonal in nature.
 
Will freeing test have the same effects as boosting it? I always have a few pimples, so I wouldn't whant to ruin my face.
 
yes good possibility of increased acne when test is raised..if you are susceptible, you may get some
 
If you are experiencing low free test, take a look at our new product TestoPro, it has been proven in HUMAN to increase free testosterone by 99%, we also add divanil for extra free test and utilization. We also throw in I3C for estrogen modulation from the increase in free test that will result in free estrogen.

Sorry, I ment andriol:-/ and my thought was to ad a minimal amount of testosterone(like 1 cap ed) just to make some available.

It's the old JW and I know its a bit supressive but at the same time it has divanil and might freee some test up. Also the DMT in JW could possibly lower SHBG some aswell. Will do 6-oxo as a small Pct maybe with som e clomid if needed.

Andriol will increase free range test dramatically but it will drop total test and free test after its half life runs out.

Being that it's supressive, once the cycle comes to an end, you'll be right back where you are now, low free test. Pump out some super heavy deadlifts, that will increase your test. MassFX will free up that test for you.

Good advice here as well as Activate Xtreme and the new MassFX III. If you aren't taking a multi-vit then start. The B5 will help with the acne.

Hopefully, MFX v3 will be available soon, we're shooting for this winter.
