Anyone else suffering this issue on TRT? I've read it's very common.
I recently done bloods as I've just felt like trash. I'm very fit but being suffering fatigue and shortness of breath.
I thought. Time to do some bloods. I've spent £500 ($750 dollars) in the last 2 months on bloods. As I've got older my body has just being an ar*e with my TRT! Years ago I could pin 500mgs test and feel awesome and keep estrogen etc all in balance. I'm 37 now and my body just seems to aromatise like crazy now. I'm on 120mg test e (2 X 60mg a week). If I take aromasin now I feel terrible. Same with arimidex etc.
Anyway...
I've always donated bloods. I started it years ago and have continued since. Always felt I was doing a good deed. I always felt good after a donation also.
My ferritin levels are at 24 (range 30 - 400). I feel pretty trash tbh. I won't donate any more bloods until I fix this. I never had a clue that I was just crashing my ferritin. The blood donations always say to me. You have great iron levels. I always just thought that was the case...... Not
I went out and bought all iron rich foods. I've also picked up some Iron Bisglycinate and vitamin C and Lysine. I've heard this combo can work.
Anyone else had this issue on TRT and managed to fix it? Their is a protocol online to quickly fix this but I've not tried it.
Just seeing if anyone can give some advice?
Thanks

The health service in the UK don't explain this to you. Just test blood iron levels which can fluctuate with a simple iron pill.
