low dose nolva+OTC

So I didn't wana start a cycle cause of the lack of nolva on hand. But now that I got it I'm seeing all these threads about how bad nolva is and of the risks with nolva. D@mn! So cauld I run say OTC PCT with say 10mg of nolva a day straight and only taper down the OTC? I once read that nolva was very strong and even useful at lower doses like 5mg! Any trueth to this?
