Low dose DNP

I want to lose 50lbs of fat to reach my goal. Would taking 50 to 100mg of DNP Every day be effective in a long term cycle(5 month)? I want to minimise the side effects and low energy.

I think if you need to lose 50 pounds of fat, DNP is completely unnecessary and quite possibly extra dangerous.

There is plenty you can do, much safer and healthier, to drop you down to where something more serious is even thinkable.

I do not know much about DNP... but i may be able to help you out with your diet which is pecisly where someone who needs to loose 50 obnoxious lbs of fat should start!!! I will need your current status, BF, lifting experience, and all the info about your current diet you can give... That is IF you are serious and not just looking for an easy way to grandmas house....

I'm 245lbs with `30% bf. I've loss a total of 35lbs in the past 6 month following a ketogenic diet with approx 220g of protein and 1800 cal. I do 4 weight training session/week and 3 x 40min cardio/week. I've not done any aas yet, I want to lose the fat before I give them a try. I've been lifting on and off for 5 years.
The reason for considering a low dose DNP cycle is because my fat loss as been negligible for the last 6 weeks.

Thanks for the warnings about DNP.

I still want to know if anybody's got experience on low dose/long term cycle of DNP (i.e. 100mg/day)??

dsade you are wrong brutha..........if someone morbidly obese dont need dnp they you tell me who does?.....i knew a few obese "clients" of mine i put on dnp and they started losing....they were able to incorporate excersize later AFTER losing a significant amount of weight

Way to bump a dead thread...

Those quotation marks around "clients" are very suspicious...
