Low carbers - Any of you on a GDA?

Any good info on rhodiola? I don't know anything about it.

This is the gist of it that I got from it.

Really? I take mine pre-bed only because it helps so much with sleep

Yeah. It's strange. It takes a few days though. But three to for days into it, my body and brain don't need rest. I went two nights straight of not sleeping, but the interesting this is that I wasn't tired at all the next day. I only stopped because it can't be healthy not sleeping even if you don't feel any tiredness.

My stack is painfully similar to yours. I even have the same rhodiola ($2.50 a bottle at GNC, stocked up)

Oh really? What's in your stack, same stuff or? Great minds think alike. Yes I do rate that Rhodiola particular high, tried it initially due to extraction process and believe it does make a difference.

I was even toyed with adding Alpha T2 as I use international Alphamine so no Yohimbine and I like its properties or AAV2.
