LOW CARB protien bars (must see)

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free peanut butter
4 scoops (or 1 and 1/3 cups) protien powder (any flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup inulin (any tastless fiber product that can be added to food)
Erythritol or splenda Artificial sweetner to taste about 1/2 cup

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix all at once with an electric mixer or wooden spoon if you are short on time. Make them into balls about 1 inch in diameter. If you want you can also roll them in powder (not granular) Erythritol or almond meal.

Nutrition Facts:
(Assuming you used zero carb sweetner)
3 grams carbs (the good kind)
1 gram fiber
9 grams protien
118 calories

You can put them in the fridge for an even coler treat enjoy.
 
Just made this.. and it's AMAZING.
Except I don't have any PB so I did sugar free caramel.
When I'm bulking I might do the pb.
 
I'm looking to get wayyyy more protein per bar. I'm sure I'll figure it out when I make it.This information is awesome!~
 
They are more solid and give you more satifation in my opinion when they are stored in the fridge
 
i wonder how flax meal would be for the fiber source. and natty pb should be fine too im thinking. doesnt add too many carbs to the equation. most of us arent pre contest so i think under like 10 grams carbs is fine.
 
So how much fat are we talking? Sure it's the good kind (if using natural peanut butter) but that bit of information seems to be missing.

One cup of natty PB would be 128g fat (mostly poly/mono)
and 1152 calories.

Maybe 8g fat per ball and 72 additional calories? Depends of course on how big your bars are.
 
So I just made these... I ended up adding a little water, just couldn't get em to pack without it
