I can't find my motivation.... I've not been around this board since the beginning of the year neither have I been training... I went through an unexpected job switch and although I'm all settle in the new job I've been wanting to get back in the gym but cant find my motivation do to so. Last month I was getting sick easily from the long hours I' was working but now (no more excuses) I have a little break and should use it to get back in shape. I train in A.M that's the best chance to get it done, so. Whats a good motivation trick you use to get up early and start lifting? Any and all suggestions are welcome!
