Losing your hair for a good cause!

Just something I ran across at the firehouse I volunteer for. All the guys do it and me being the new guy, its a must.

I did it for kids...locks for love...I had a student 3 yrs ago, my hair was to my ass almost, they chopped it...had to be 12 inches....my student had cancer, bald and i let him put my hair in a ponytail and cut it........his face was like...Holy ****...:)

Something I will always remember
 
I keep my hair short, so I should probably let it grow till the event. Wouldn't be as much fun to shave a 1/4 inch of hair :p

Doesn't locks for love make wigs with the hair donated?
 
dang. I wish I would have known about this a few years ago..I had really really long hair. Now I keep it pretty short...
