looking to increase my dose of retatrutide how much should i go up?

ehh, I feel like you have not looked into this enough. I would suggest researching some more, AI can help, but real research is better.

Normally you wouldnt go up by much maybe to 2mg then assess from there. I am reluctant to advise any further.

I've done research it's just hard to pin down a solid source ai dosent really help since it's unable to provide information on it since it's a non fda approved drug and it's against its rules I'm still going to do 1 more 1mg pin and that would be my 4th one I was thinking about only going up to 1.25mg maybe 1.50mg I feel like it's effectiveness has only gone down slightly so I cant really find a reason to justify going straight up to 2mg

This isn't an answer exactly, but my advice is don't chase the feel or the hunger supression. Instead only up the dose after 3 weeks of the scale not moving and your reflection in the mirror not improving. It is best as a recomp agent, not a hunger killer or pure weight loss drug. The other two agonists are helping nutrient partitioning and can even INCREASE hunger, metabolism and insulin sensitivity. This means you will feel less and drop weight less than a traditional GLP1. If your diet and training are on point, You are recomping. If you are, then you want to run it as low and slow and long as you can. Not just try to rush it and run into sides.
Done right this is something you see over months not weeks.

I would add fasted cardio, L-Carnitine, Green Tea, Ephedra or SLU before I upped my dose past 2MG.

The only other reason to increase dose (and it is a terrible one) is that the bottle once reconstituted will begin to degrade over months. So if you have a huge 20+mg bottle , you may want to increase the dose to compensate for the lowered potency. This would not be the case currently though.

When you say "its effectiveness" has "gone down slightly" what do you mean? Not suppressing hunger? Not seeing results fast enough?

Are you overweight? Or in shape but looking to cut? What's the goal?

I’m doing [emoji6]mg week, about to increase. Tried [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]mg second week in, was TOO much. Will try [emoji[emoji6]] this Sunday.

Are you sure you have legit Reta? Anymore than mg sounds awful with mine.

I agree. 5mg starting dose is wild and Upping to 10mg week two sounds horrid. I think they are confusing the measurements of mg and instead quoting the microliter (μL)? .5 to 1mg sounds more realistic.

DUDE WTF those are HIGH! and expensive... How long have you been on?

Not confusing. I took tirzepatide for awhile a year ago. Haven’t in maybe 6 months. Wanted to drop a few more pounds and help my gear out. But yes, it’s 5 mg per dose.

It’s not bad at all. For me anyway. Everybody is different of course. 10 made me sick. 5 does much of nothing.

If your at 1mg increase to 2mg, your still doubling your dose, after 2 go to 4. Most ppl should try to stay under 5mg. You will thank me in the long haul..... Also the lower your total food volume is the more you should increase your fluid intake. Dehydration is a pretty common side effect and it happens because people start eating less food and about 20% of hydration comes from the food you eat.

Also, The higher your dose, the slower your gut motility, the more likely you are to get digestive issues or potentially stomach distension. Eating high-fat foods and lots of carbonated beverages will also make this problem worse.

Sorry I ramble on a lot 😂
