This is my first post so bear with me. My current BF is around 18% looking to be down in the 10-12% range. Any suggestions on supplements diet and training? Thanks.
I'm not sure how accurate the calculator I used was. My diet for the last few months was pretty high calorie at about 4500 a day I was able to jump p in weight from 175 to 190 I'm hoping to sit around 180-185 with around 12% body fat. You guys think if I drop calories to about 2600 a day I can attain that?
