So yesterday marks week 5 of my 8-week TBol cycle @ 50 mg/day (might be tempted to extend cycle to 9 weeks), and things are going great -- my whole body is looking leaner, more muscular, more vascular, and thicker pretty much everywhere (especially shoulders!). My stomach definitely looks leaner as well and I'm getting dangerously close to having visible abs. Strength is up on virtually every lift and all my limbs look noticeably bigger, but the weird thing is, the scale hasn't budged upwards by more than a few pounds. Is this because I'm simply not eating enough (I do cardio at least 5-6 days per week), or is TBol known for being more of a recomping steroid?
As far as diet goes, I don't maintain an itemized list of what I eat, but to give you an example, this is what I'll be eating later today after doing cardio (today is an "off" day from the gym) -- 8-ounce filet, bowl of chili, half-rack of baby back ribs, bacon cheeseburger (with a thick patty), and then a couple hours later I'll drink a ~40-50g protein shake mixed in skim milk, and then a few hours after that before going to sleep I'll have another protein shake with 40-50g of protein.
So I'm definitely eating a ton of food (at least 200g+ of protein), but is it possible that I need to be eating even more? Or should I stop doing cardio altogether? Like I said, I definitely look thicker and more muscular, but the lack of scale movement has me somewhat perplexed.
Thanks
