Yeah I wasn’t going to use it in the first 8 weeks. Appetite is rarely a problem for me each off season we push it harder and I’ll add it when I’m over 4K calories of clean food, probably around 5kI'll even go a little further to say you probably don't want to use it right away, you're just coming out of a cut and you're already going to be hungry and you're probably going to gain weight pretty fast in the first month or two. So maybe hold off on the MK until you really need to pack down those calories and get some better quality sleep and recovery
