We are looking for loggers.
We need individuals to log our VidaTEST



The Requirements are:
- 21 years of age or older
- Must update a minimum of 3 times a week

- List training, diet and effects
- U.S ONLY
- Post link to log in your signature

what is the dosing for this? 1 Cap a day? (i looked on the site and label but did not see anything)
 
I Just finished logging Combusion for BPS, so I dont want to be greedy no worries if you have other first time loggers.


Age: 31 (32 in a month)

-Weight: Currently right around 153 (roughly 9-10% body fat)

-How many times a week do you work out? 3 days a week full body split (Steve Reeves inspired)

-Current Diet? : Lean Gains / IF calories are roughly 1962 on burn days and 3462 on build days

-Short Term Goals: I want to try recomping / lean bulking. At the very least a very clean slow bulk

-Other product reviews or logs you have done in the past; please include links: the most recent one is Invalid Link Removed The others were from over a year ago (on a diffrent site)

-Are you willing to post "before" and "after" photos? (yes or no):possibly

-Are you currently taking any supplements? Right now only the staples Multi, Vit C, and Fish Oil Daily, Whey PWO and as part of my Saturday lunch.

-What other sites are you willing to log this on? It would be most likely only on AM but possibly Muscle and Strength.

-Current Diet? : i am currently eating a high protien high fat (healthy of course) low carb diet.

-Short Term Goals: add LBM, strength, and increase recovery

-Are you currently taking any supplements? fish oil, multi, creatine, whey.... no test boosters/ph/ds/other crap
