Looking for advice

Right now I am standing at 6' 184lbs, not sure on the bodyfat ( and will be looking into that) I must admit my experience is limited compared to the majority of people here. I put on 30 lbs in 6 months natty a few years back, that was the first time i really hit the gym hard, had people to show me the ropes, and ate ate ate ( no PH's or AAS)..... I made it up to 200lbs from 170, and that is where i'd really like to end up again(at 200lbs). I'm a few years older now, and in the meantime I have enjoyed life.... Lots of beer and lots of bad food. While it has been fun I have noticed my body isn't handling it nearly as well as it used to. I have been reading the forum and soaking in a great deal of info, I feel i should have a good handle on what I need to eat to maintain a "clean" diet while i hit the gym again and get things going. My question is how many calories should I shoot for a day to reach my goal of 200lbs? I don't want ( and clearly am not ready) to use PH's or AAS.... or anything short of Whey, a vitamin, fish oil, flax seed.... I've seen a big range of numbers, ranging from 3000-7000 cals a day depending on goals and body types. I used to think I was a hardgainer, but after putting on 30 lbs in 120+ degree heat I think it was more not knowing what I was doing. I will be lifting more weight less reps, 4 days on 1 off, doing cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-30 mins . Thanks !!

Sorry, could see how that is a lot of clutter. What would be a good number to shoot for with my daily calorie intake? Thanks
