Here is my plan. If you can add to it, that would be great.
No counting calories
Eat every three hours
Protein,alow carbs and healthy fats at each meal
Small meals
No milk
No wheat
No nuts because my body does not agree with them
Calcium magnesium psyllium
Gallon of water
No simple sugars
Vegetables and beans
Fish, chicken, some beef
Why are you affraid of sugar? Are you diabetic? Why low carb? Why no counting calories. Myfitnesspal makes this a non issue and easy.
Why would you include beef if they can label it 0 transfat when it actually has .4g 1 ounce serving size and your looking at about 3 g
Why no wheat? Why no milk? What are your stats?
