Stats- 26yr old, 215lbs at about 22%-25% BF. (based on visual guides)
Goals- get down to 195lbs-205lbs at 12%-15% BF
Approx TDEE is 2700cals
Here's my plan for macros
Non workout days
Protein-250g
Carbs-50g or less
Fat approx 90g
Workout days (approx 400-500cals burned)
Protein-250g
Carbs-150
Fat-90g
Strength train 3-4 days/wk
Cardio 10min jog post workout
I'll be playing around with the cardio and adjust carb intake accordingly. I hate doing it so if anything it will be HIIT for short periods of time randomly through the week. I've done low carb before, only issue is being drained for my workout which is first thing AM fasted with only BCAA's and aminos (alpha aminos by cellucor 10g pre,10g during)
