Looking for a little critiquing/advice

Stats- 26yr old, 215lbs at about 22%-25% BF. (based on visual guides)
Goals- get down to 195lbs-205lbs at 12%-15% BF
Approx TDEE is 2700cals

Here's my plan for macros
Non workout days
Protein-250g
Carbs-50g or less
Fat approx 90g

Workout days (approx 400-500cals burned)
Protein-250g
Carbs-150
Fat-90g

Strength train 3-4 days/wk
Cardio 10min jog post workout

I'll be playing around with the cardio and adjust carb intake accordingly. I hate doing it so if anything it will be HIIT for short periods of time randomly through the week. I've done low carb before, only issue is being drained for my workout which is first thing AM fasted with only BCAA's and aminos (alpha aminos by cellucor 10g pre,10g during)

I am almost in the same situation as you. I started two months ago and lost 10lbs. Belly fat still exist and my tdee is the same and diet is almost the same.

Belly fat or size (measurements) barely moved so I started hiit last week. That seems to be the best for me. I am doing a light job for 5 minutes to warm up bbefore lifting and hiit three days a week after lifting. I am going 6 days a week now.

Thanks! Good luck to you as well. I respond very well to low carb. Down about 7lbs in the last week or so. I'm sure it's mostly water considering when I do carb up I gain back 4-5lbs lol.

Alpha amino in the AM first thing
Acetyl l-carn 4gs daily
Alpha lipoic 300mgsX2
NAC 600X2
CLA 6g's
Omega 3 2g's
Sam-e 800mg
Multi vit
CoQ-10 400mg
Garlic 1100mg (high allicin)
D-3 2k iu
Vit-c 2000mg
250 caffeine, 25mg synephrine x2

I think that's it... I'll add in test boosters or AI's here and there but those are my staples. Usually 1-2 shakes a day.If you couldn't tell I get this crap at cost lmao

haha it looks like you have all your vitamins taken care care of. Do throw in a thermo when you're trying to lose bf?

I take 2 daily everyday, I work in sales so it beats blow lmao. I've tried albuterol but had vision issues that I can't directly balm the albut for but stopped it anyway
