Its a prop blend but phenibut is a primary component.

Some claim dependence on phenibut after a while which is why I insist it be used a maximum of 5 days a week and not every day.

44yo male. I benefit greatly from sleeps aids. I usually do not have a problem falling to sleep, but without a sleep aid I do not sleep very well. Usually waking multiple times nightly. Not to mention the quality effects from sustained deep sleep. Pick me to log. I am a great logger and, of course, would enjoy trying it.

i love phenibut, but in moderation....the inclusion of gaba along with the phenibut decreases the amount of phenibut needed to be effective, which means less chance of any side effects including tolerance building as quickly as it would if just using more more phenibut solo.


phenibut/gaba is a fantastic combo, i think everyone will enjoy this!!!

ooooops, I spoke to soon, I came home with a package on my bed. never really looked at it. just opened it and its not the R.E.M. =(

no problem...been experimenting with phenibut/gaba for a few years now, one of the best otc sleep aids available, imo.


i take that back....phenibut/gaba is THE best otc sleep aid i have tried!!!
