lookin for a supp. for size and strength

hey guys, i'm back
the last post really got a lot of positive feedback and helped me out a lot
then, i was 6'3" and 230 lbs. I'm now up to a little over 240 lbs and i've actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Bench has gone up from 3 reps @ 295 lbs to almost 8. Seems like the egg yolks really help :). Now i'm lookin for a good solid, SAFE supp to help me reach my goal of 250 lbs maybe even 260 by june.. any suggestions?

Have a look into IGF-2 by Applied Nutriceuticals. Check it out over at there subforum, might be what your looking for! Also if your looking for a creatine you could stack it with NeoVar Recomped.

have you tried the kre-alkalyn/nitrix xxl stack over at americanpure whey..good stuff..no bloat for me so far..and gettin good vascularity
