hey guys, i'm back
the last post really got a lot of positive feedback and helped me out a lot
then, i was 6'3" and 230 lbs. I'm now up to a little over 240 lbs and i've actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Bench has gone up from 3 reps @ 295 lbs to almost 8. Seems like the egg yolks really help
. Now i'm lookin for a good solid, SAFE supp to help me reach my goal of 250 lbs maybe even 260 by june.. any suggestions?
