im not opposed to that idea...

but then my sleeping pattern problem remains...

going to buy health insurance in the coming weeks..... id appreciate any ongoing support from here out... this is kind of a big deal for me

The sleeping problem is from that according to my buddy who's a neurology PHD canidate/MD.

Your eyes are constantly moving when you try to sleep making it impossible for you to sleep.

I admire your abilities to express yourself at 24, as well as be responsible about Phenibut use regarless of what seems to be a unique ability to avoid tolerance to pretty high doses, etc.


Any status on the "aftermath?" How fast did you taper off and have the eye twitches come back at all?

If you tapered completely, did you try Baclofen at all? Either for insomnia or eye twitches...
