yes... you have to add Anabeta, forskolin and Lodhra extract, but you never know bc ABE is a prop blend. By buying all of these separately, this turns into a more expensive ABE, and possibly not as effectively dosed -> pointless.

even at that price I wouldn't get it... I've never responded to trib, the Tongkat Ali is under dosed so you'd really just be getting some ZMA and doubling up on Siberian Ginseng, of which I think ABE already has a solid dose.
