• Training Experience (please be detailed) : Mother used to be a non-pro power lifter years ago. I learned some of what I know from her and also had been working out in High School for football. For the past 3 months I have been doing Starting Strength to recoup what I lost after getting married and having kids and putting on about 20lbs of fat. In total I have been lifting weights on and off for 5 years, but not intensely as I currently am.

Starting Strength. Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays
Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Dips
Squats, Military Press, Power Cleans, Pullups

Not too much cardio involved, I am trying to bulk but everyone now and then I participate in a 5k run for a local animal rescue and also run with my wife to keep her motivated.

Shoot for 3500 a day to start my bulk. I try to be reasonable with protein and shoot for 180g a day more when I have the time. 200+g carbs (whole wheat rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta) plus a whopper of a pb and banana sandwich 1-3 times a day to fill in any gaps. I try to take in as much fat as I see fit but not go overboard. Don't usually count it but I make sure all my condiments are Omega 3 fat products. Mayo, Natty PB, Sour Cream, Butter etc.

• Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case) :
Trial and error. I have tried a few pre-workouts and all they did was give me an initial boost of energy that stopped halfway through my workouts and left me high and dry. I'm looking for something that will grant me the power of sustained energy with sustained focus. Pumps don't matter to me as they come naturally with lifting but I do like the full muscle feeling some of these products can produce. have yet to find a pre that has met my satisfaction and honestly I would love to try Ragnarok and start giving feedback to the community and industry that has helped me so much.

I am making a transition in my workouts from HIT/GVT to 5x5 i guess I could say... Basically still using my heavy weights but doing a lot more reps/intense cardio workout. I will be working out 5 times a week.
• Cardio Schedule/Protocol (please be detailed) :Light cardio on my weight days and more intense cardio on my off days

• Current Supplements (please list all product names) :Coming to the end of a cycle that consist of: Epistane, 1-t, Liver juice, Beta Alanine, L-Arginine, CLA, Animal pak, Super Cissus Rx, Protein, Creapure Creatine. Two and a half more weeks I will be starting PCT and tansitioning my workout routine. PCT consist of: Sustain Alpha, Toco 8, Endo Am Max, PCT Assist, all above listed vitamins etc.

• Current Diet & Macros (please be detailed) :I am on a really clean diet, with the exception of a cheat day on Saturday ;). Because I have been bulking I am still in the 5000-5500 range for my calories. Typical meals throughout the day would consist of the following: dozen of eggs( 3 whole the rest whites ) oatmeal and whole wheat toast for breakfast, Chicken breast whole wheat grain rice almonds and whole wheat crackers all throughout the day, In all honesty I just make sure I get my calories and eat a crap load!!
• Current Daily Water Intake : Depending on the day, I take in anywhere from 200-250 ounces of water a day

• Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case) :I haven't used a pre-workout in my workouts in a good 6 months and can feel that it is time to start it back up! I have been among the lucky ones that has a body that responds very well to any supplements I try. I believe that this product could be a staple in my workouts giving me that extra boost that could help me break new personal best and keep me focused in the gym for longer better workouts! I really enjoy logging anything that I run and this would be perfect to add in to my PCT to give me that extra energy and help me keep my gains :) I give detailed logs and love helping out as much as I can
