• Training Experience (please be detailed) : Mother used to be a non-pro power lifter years ago. I learned some of what I know from her and also had been working out in High School for football. For the past 3 months I have been doing Starting Strength to recoup what I lost after getting married and having kids and putting on about 20lbs of fat. In total I have been lifting weights on and off for 5 years, but not intensely as I currently am.

Starting Strength. Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays
Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Dips
Squats, Military Press, Power Cleans, Pullups
• Cardio Schedule/Protocol (please be detailed) :
Not too much cardio involved, I am trying to bulk but everyone now and then I participate in a 5k run for a local animal rescue and also run with my wife to keep her motivated.

Shoot for 3500 a day to start my bulk. I try to be reasonable with protein and shoot for 180g a day more when I have the time. 200+g carbs (whole wheat rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta) plus a whopper of a pb and banana sandwich 1-3 times a day to fill in any gaps. I try to take in as much fat as I see fit but not go overboard. Don't usually count it but I make sure all my condiments are Omega 3 fat products. Mayo, Natty PB, Sour Cream, Butter etc.

• Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case) :
Trial and error. I have tried a few pre-workouts and all they did was give me an initial boost of energy that stopped halfway through my workouts and left me high and dry. I'm looking for something that will grant me the power of sustained energy with sustained focus. Pumps don't matter to me as they come naturally with lifting but I do like the full muscle feeling some of these products can produce. have yet to find a pre that has met my satisfaction and honestly I would love to try Ragnarok and start giving feedback to the community and industry that has helped me so much.
