Ok guys should I go ahead and test the waters of this new Phera I bought? I’m trying to decide if I should stick to the plan or add Phera 20mg the final 4 weeks. Everything is going well and I’m interested to see if this is legit.

I’m 9 weeks in to this blast. Currently 7wks of npp and 2wks of var. Weight is up about 15lb total and appetite is amazing. Sleep has been hit or miss. No issues once I fall asleep but getting there isn’t easy. All lifts are up and endurance/recovery are phenomenal.

Been using trest or dbol on and off pwo depending on the day/goal

(Split into 3 days)
500mg test e
400mg npp

50mg var

Then I’ll be cruising for a while

Love to hear some thoughts

I would only consider it the last 3 weeks. I think you’re going to find it’s going to push your body the way a traditional stout methyl would. When you can’t eat, a month is a long time.

You also need to ask what your goals are vs what Phera can offer. Does it line up with needs better than just continuing the Var and continuing to feel pretty good?

Honestly, after writing this I made my mind up. No Phera. After getting out of the shower and seeing myself cut up like a bag of dope on an off day makes me wanna stay the course. Maybe bump Var to 75mg the final 3wks.

I’ve never felt better mentally or physically

So what I believe I found this last blast, was that Var kind of takes a while. By that I mean, it seemed like I was continuing to get stronger and stronger staying on the same total dose of drugs, and staying at 50mg Var daily. So running it for 6 weeks at 50, I continued to see steady progress after the first 3-4 weeks on it without going higher.

That’s good to hear. I think I need to stay the course as planned. There’s always time for experimentation in the future if necessary.

I’ve never seen my body so tight. I always wanted to big and powerful, never cared about high rep work. Lately my focus has completely changed watching this transformation. Everything fits much tighter while being leaner. I’m 207lb upon waking though I look bigger than when I was pushing 220.

Ok so change in plans haha. I’m getting my ribs tattooed tomorrow so it’s an off day, Wednesday probably will be the same and Thursday I’m going on a date after work so I got it in today.

I switched from my Var tabs to a liquid I have. Holy ****, both are jano tested but dosing this liquid at 50mg one hour pwo had my arms so full that it was painful to curl but in a good way. Also, I can’t remember the last time I did curls or any direct bicep work.

My shoulders are round as hell lately and I have veins that can be seen through tshirts. The questions about what supplements I’m taking have started haha. Especially with these Tinder broads.

Considered the jump from 255 to 315 but I’m happy with what I got done. I know 3 plates is more than manageable if I want it but honestly I want 275 to feel like 225 more. That’s just where my minds at these days.

Looking to another lean bulk while utilizing the least amount of total mg per week. I was thinking something like 400/300/300. Anyone with experience I’d love to hear. 1st time running mast. Probably run this out 20wks then cruise for a wwwwwwhile.

Perfect I’ll follow along during my cruise. It’s been a long time since I ran deca. Was running 300 npp but I feel like it really fucked with my sleep

Deca makes you aromatize test more, so you need to think about your test dose as higher than it is when determining the expected estrogen burden.

While mast tends to lessen that conversion, so they are complimentary in that way. I’ve never taken my deca higher than 250 so far.

I would personally start out a bit lower than 1g total. Like 400/200 test/mast for a month, THEN bump the mast to full 300 and add the deca. That will keep levels building the first ~9 weeks while your receptors are more responsive to lower doses. But it just depends on how patient you are I suppose and how long you want to blast.

I like this plan, honestly. I’m still going back and forth if I even want to run the deca next blast. I feel great with test and am really interested in the mast so maybe just running those next will suffice. I was just worried about it being too dry but I can dial that in. I have a good amount of time to make a decision.

I think useful feedback would depend on what you value most. Your posing probably needs more work, because it looks like your arms are not fully curled here
Yup I have no clue how to pose haha. Idk I just see a definite change in my overall structure. The lighting and posing is horrible so let’s forget it hahaha it doesn’t matter

Got in some shoulder work tonight. Really want to do strict ohp but all racks were full of tiktokers. I love my gym but certain times of the day is almost too much to handle. Completely changed my workout due to availability. Nonetheless it was just what I needed before my rest day tomorrow.
