That’s good to hear. I think I need to stay the course as planned. There’s always time for experimentation in the future if necessary.So what I believe I found this last blast, was that Var kind of takes a while. By that I mean, it seemed like I was continuing to get stronger and stronger staying on the same total dose of drugs, and staying at 50mg Var daily. So running it for 6 weeks at 50, I continued to see steady progress after the first 3-4 weeks on it without going higher.
Yea everything felt great, the back pumps were crippling at the end though. I wanted do rows but it just wasn’t happeningHeavy rack attack! Things feeling decent I take it??

I like this plan, honestly. I’m still going back and forth if I even want to run the deca next blast. I feel great with test and am really interested in the mast so maybe just running those next will suffice. I was just worried about it being too dry but I can dial that in. I have a good amount of time to make a decision.Deca makes you aromatize test more, so you need to think about your test dose as higher than it is when determining the expected estrogen burden.
While mast tends to lessen that conversion, so they are complimentary in that way. I’ve never taken my deca higher than 250 so far.
I would personally start out a bit lower than 1g total. Like 400/200 test/mast for a month, THEN bump the mast to full 300 and add the deca. That will keep levels building the first ~9 weeks while your receptors are more responsive to lower doses. But it just depends on how patient you are I suppose and how long you want to blast.
I think useful feedback would depend on what you value most. Your posing probably needs more work, because it looks like your arms are not fully curled hereView attachment 224706
