Yeah... My body loves carbs so if I don't eat enough of them, I drop a lot of glycogen and water weight.That's a lot of weight you dropped....

Haha, my thighs are actually damn small I gain strength easily but my legs are like sticks.I bet you nearly started a fire rubbing those thighs together on the way out.

My appetite is better in the evening and night. Right now I have 1kg of yoghurt, 250g of quark and 10 grams of peanuts right in front of me. Gotta just make sure that I'm getting enough carbs.Ah. That works. Looking good bro!

It was a good ride, thank you to CTDeuce and whole MST crew for letting me to do it.
It was my first time with agmatine based pump supplements and I have to say that it was much better than those old A-AKG based pump products. I enjoyed the ride! Of course I would've gotten even more out of it if my training had been high volume bodybuilding, but I like powerlifting, so... Either way, it definitely helped a lot.
I let my training partner (natural bodybuilder who trains harder than anyone I know) try it few times and he loved it enough to order a few bottles
