It doesn't look like strength is hurting though ;)
Not too much but I'm sure it'll drop if I don't get back to the gym as soon as possible :) Now I'm feeling slightly better so maybe I'll do heavy triples on squats tomorrow!

Throw me a PM when you're ready. My first cycle was Epi and it was great... Still one of my favourite compounds after 3 runs with it :) I like it better than Dbol.

Finally back to the gym.

I lost almost 10lbs when I was sick but I was stronger than ever:

- Squat
3x135lbs
3x185lbs
2 sets of 3 @ 220lbs
2 sets of3 @ 260lbs
4 sets of 2 @ 295lbs
knee wraps
2x320lbs
2x345lbs
2x365lbs
2x385lbs
1x410lbs

- Paused leg press
5 sets of 5 @ 330lbs

I took a stimulated preworkout on top of Nitroceps before gym to get going after being sick. Felt like a damn terminator. Barely needed to rest between sets.

That 410lbs came up much faster than last time. I would've tried two but I didn't squat in the rack.

Appetite sucks at the moment... :(

Heavy deads on Wednesday. I'll take a vid for you guys. Gonna break that 500lbs limit!

Yeah... My body loves carbs so if I don't eat enough of them, I drop a lot of glycogen and water weight.

Plans changed. The coach said that no more heavy pulling before meet, so this is what I did today:

- Deadlift
3x155lbs
3x200lbs
3x250lbs
3x300lbs
2 sets of 3 @ 350lbs
5 sets of 3 @ 400lbs

Nice and easy. Hamstrings were pumped. I was pretty explosive today.

It's time to finish this log soon :(

Haha, my thighs are actually damn small :( I gain strength easily but my legs are like sticks.

Today I managed to get crazy pump for no apparent reason:

1B. Paused bench press

3. Seated calf raises

I'm glad that I could do some benching without pain. Maybe I'll be able to throw in some weights again soon.

Things are going to the right direction! Deadlift was explosive and bench was painless. I'm happy!

I don't know if it is Nitroceps or the fact that I haven't been able to train chest in months but I'm getting pretty good pumps even with those light weights and low volume on bench press.

Nice. I finally was able to move that bar FAST on squats! Bench was painless again - it seems that I'll be able to put more weight to the bar really soon.

My appetite is better in the evening and night. Right now I have 1kg of yoghurt, 250g of quark and 10 grams of peanuts right in front of me. Gotta just make sure that I'm getting enough carbs.

It was a good ride, thank you to CTDeuce and whole MST crew for letting me to do it.

It was my first time with agmatine based pump supplements and I have to say that it was much better than those old A-AKG based pump products. I enjoyed the ride! Of course I would've gotten even more out of it if my training had been high volume bodybuilding, but I like powerlifting, so... Either way, it definitely helped a lot.

I let my training partner (natural bodybuilder who trains harder than anyone I know) try it few times and he loved it enough to order a few bottles :)

Big shoutout to MST!
