DAY 22 - 25

Still took some time to get over my sinusitis. Decided to rest for the whole weekend to make sure I'm back to 100% at the beginning of week 46. I'm itching to get back at the weights after these 2 weeks off. Well we all know what they say; life happens :)

Will hit the gym today for some chest and back. Gotta trash those weights again. Let's hope I haven't lost too much strength and endurance...
Will update later today when I have finished my workout ;)

I wouldn't start back full bore on those workouts. You may need to start about 80% of your normal poundages for this first week back at it.

DAY 26

Finally feeling great again. Had a pretty boring day at work so no stress today :)
All I could think of during the day was hitting the weights later that evening. Planned my workout in my head and thought about jumping back in where I left off.. Once I was in the gym though - that proved tougher than I thought :p

Decided to hit Chest and Back:

Military Bench Press: 5sets of 200 x 5
Pull-Downs: 5sets of 220 x 5
Incline DB Press: 4sets of 60's x 8
Seated Close Grip Row: 4sets of 180 x 8
Flat DB Flyes: 3sets of 30's x 12,10,8
Bent Over Row: 3sets of 100 x 12,10,8

Felt pretty lousy pushing those weights. Felt like a weakling :sad:
But I guess after this week my body will have re-adjusted and I will be back killing those weights in no time?! Right ;)

Woke up feeling TIGHT today. Abs are becoming more and more pronounced every week and I am really liking this transformation. Starting to cut up real nice now :thumbsup:

Food for the day has been:
2 pieces multi-grain bread, 4scrambled eggs, protein shake + 1tsp coconut oil, and a cup of coffee
250g Quark with 150g Yoghurt
½ cup of dark pasta with 1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
200g Cottage Cheese with a can of crushed pineapple
Protein shake +1tsp coconut oil
Chicken Korma with dark rice
Protein sahke +1tsp coconut oil

Should add up somewhere around 3k cals if I'm not mistaking ;)

Notice you can handle more volume on ursobolic ?

You're diet is pretty low in fat IMO. No absorption issues I take it though? Ever burp up those clouds?

Thanks bruther, but I felt like a weakling :lol: That was about 60-70% of my regular weights :(
I have noticed the last sets, of 12,10,8 reps x 3sets got easier before my break. Might be me getting used to them also - who knows... Gotta keep an eye out on that. Endurance is up for sure!!

From what I have calculated I do get around 80-100g fats per day :think: IMO that is plenty unless you are on Keto :)

So I just found out Ive been taking a dose of Ursolic acid for almost the last 4 weeks... lol... Wonder how much is actually in it though and how much more I could benefit from.. Could cut down on costs of Ursobolic though and add its own unique benefits with the additional compounds though.

c20 havin ursolic acid could be added to an Ursobolic run, cut the Ursobolic dose down and add in the extra benefits from the other ingredients in C20...
 
Sorry for the lack of updates guys. I have been on a business trip from Thursday morning to Saturday evening so I've been quite busy the last couple of days. Starting today I am back to my normal schedule :) (Until something else gets in my way :p)

I'll give a thorough update later today :thumbsup:
 
DAY 27-32

I had to leave on a business trip last weeks Thursday. Luckily I got in two workouts before I left that week.
Chest & Back & Biceps/Triceps. Had to skip leg's since my knee's have started acting up again lately :(

Didn't get much sleep during that business trip though so I'm lagging on that department.
Feeling very exhausted after all the flying and late night partying :yuck:

Food intake has been way off!! Been eating everything in sight and the timing for the meals have been completely random. Been dosing Ursobolic like usual though, that has been very strict :D

I promised myself I wont be binge drinking again any time soon, has happened one time too many the last few weeks :p

Monday morning I weighed in at 211. Have lost some weight apparently. Decided to hit the gym for some cardio when I got home from work.
25minutes on the treadmill (ran ~4km in that time). Jumped on the stationary bike right after that and pushed through the interval program for 20 minutes. Burned a good amount of cals in that time :thumbsup:

Will hit Leg's & Shoulders on Tuesday after work. Hopefully my knee's are up for it :|

DAY 33

Finally I got to the gym. Been itching to get back into the gym and give those weights a beating :aargh:
I've started experimenting with Phenylethylamine also and it gives me some sweet boosts of euphoria before lifting :)

Been dosing Focus XT + 25mg 1,3Dimeth + 500mg Phenylethylamine HCL before working out and this stack seriously gives me a great feeling and tons of energy :thumbsup:

Took it a little on the easy side today when hitting Chest & Back. Been away from the gym way too much the last couple of weeks :(

Military Bench Press: 5sets of 200 x 5
Pull-Ups: 5sets of BW+35 x 5
Incline DB Presses: 4sets of 70's x 8
Seated Close Grip Row: 4sets of 180 x 8
Flat DB Flyes: 3sets of 35's x 12,10,8
Seated Wide Grip Row: 3sets of 110 x 12,10,8

Felt awesome after that session. Refreshed, pumped and psyched. Still finished with gas in the tank so I will be pushing harder next week again. No excuses :D

Food is back on track too. Here's a list of my daily menu:

2pieces multi-grain bread with 1 cup of coffee + a protein shake in milk + 1tsp of coconut oil
250g quark with 200g yoghurt
200g chicken chili with ½cup of brown rice
200g cottage cheese with a can of crushed pineapple
pre workout + protein shake + 1tsp of coconut oil
post workout meal (home cooked what the wife makes ;))
before bed protein shake with 1tsp of coconut oil

12caps a day still. Still leaning out, I'm most definetly feeling tighter over all. Skin feels lik it is about to rip.
tsp or tbsp of c oil in shakes, and why the addition to slow the digestion rate of the protein powder?
I'm using teaspoons, I know - girlish right?! :p
Well since I'm on a budget here I take the coconut oil with my whey shake at bedtime to slow the digestion over night, but never given that much thought into it. I dunno, is there really that much of a difference? :) Could switch it up though if that makes more sense? What do you guys think?

There's some pretty novel ingredients also included that are the real work horses of the supplement, using beta2adrenergic receptors to increase cAMP and down steam muscle anabolism (think like how clen is muscle sparring/anabolic but think side free and no stimulatory effects, less fast burning)....

Its worth a look imo.

C20 sounds like an interesting product from what I gathered due to your log. Gotta give it a shot in the future I think ;) But before that I will be running and Epi/Fura stack to get in that summer shape ;):D

Decided to hit the gym again today. Going to visit my wife's parents during the weekend so I won't be able to lift then. Gotta squeeze in my three workout days all in a row so I don't skimp on anything this week ;)

Tomorrow will be the last day on 12caps/day. Starting day 36 I will drop down to 9 caps/day split 3/3/3 for the rest of the run (7weeks) :thumbsup:

Strength is coming back pretty fast I gotta say. And my endurance is unreal atm :eek: I finish all my workouts, that I normally feel drained after, with plenty of gas in the tank. Could probably do two workouts in a row :lol:

Dosed my pre workout mixture an hour before hitting the gym:

Weighted Dips: 4sets of BW+45 x 8
Cable Curls: 3sets of 80 x 12,10,8 (paus and hold for 2 sec)
Tricep Cable Pushdowns with rope: 3sets of 80 x 12,10,8 (paus and hold for 2sec)

Felt awesome after that session and guys commented on how big I look.
Gotta get back into MMA training next year again and get into that athletic shape. Back to muay thai and submission wrestling :thumbsup: I'm really looking forward to it already :)

im looking at this out after urso maybe but would take more than 4 pills per day but not sure if i can actually get it in the uk, sounds gr8 on paper

Def was a fun run.... just started up a Hemavol Workout log n its already thrown me a curveball... at least its not UNDERdosed. lol.


Im gettin all primed and ready for a cycle again myself... run 2 a year right now, one to bulk in the winter (not BULK bulk but still im not scurred of a lil fat) and one to prevent catabolism while I cut for summer.

LoL, I feel it is adequate for 1 workout session (well maybe two... ;))

Bulk:
DiCreatine Malate
Citrulline Malate
Beta Alanine
Leucine

Capped:
1,3Dimethylamylamine
Agmatine
Phenylethylamine HCL

Usually I uncap all these and throw them in with my "base" which is ~350ml water + 1scoop Focus XT :thumbsup:
Then I down it all in a couple big zips and I am ready :aargh: :rofl:

Week 6

Decided I'll do weekly updates from now on. Life is busy with a wedding coming up and Christmas around the corner.
Hardly any time for logging since I gotta squeeze my workouts in there between my busy life :eek:

Week 6 has been good to me. Still eating good and keeping my cal intake around ~3000 the best I can. Been on 9 caps/day for a week and a half now. Not seeing the same benefits I did when I was dosing 18caps / day so I think I'll bump it back up... I thought about finishing with a bang and dosing it 21caps per day (1050mg Ursolic Acid / day) and see what that does.. Or maybe I should keep it at 9caps and go for the long haul? :think:

Weights have been keeping steady. Perhaps some minor strength increases.. Could also be the added endurance making me pump out those extra reps :thumbsup:

You are right about the dosing - no need to low dose and hope it works. Instead dose it high and know it works :)
I really liked it @ 18caps/day. Thinking about hitting 21 and see how that turns out ;)
