Ya I kinda jumped into the first one... Got some chick prego a couple months into dating, tried to do right by her to marry and support the fam, create the best environment possible for my son.... After doing that for almost 2 years and putting her through school she decided when she was self sufficient she was done with me and wanted to party instead... My fiancé is an incredible woman who I'm compatible with on multiple levels, shares the same beliefs I do and is a wonderful mother to my son. She supports me in all that I want to do and esteem to be and has been self sufficient our entire relationship equally contributing to the finances and living situation. She's into fitness and bettering oneself and is everything I had hoped to have in my first marriage... Can't allow myself to be soured by one selfish deceitful woman n pass up such a gem as I have now.

Both my folks were divorced in their first marriages and have now been together over 30 years... I can only hope for the same.

yup, my wife gives me a specific amount of money I'm allowed to "use" on whatever i want. This includes food though cause I do all the shopping. Then whatever is left over I can use for whatever I want. so far nothing bad lol. I still manage to scrape around 100 bucks or so to buy my staples and one or two "fun" items lol.
 
Ahh, the kid ordeal. We're still thinking about it because we are moving to Hawaii in around 10 months... Dont know if it's better to just wait. But she also kinda wants to have a kid in Japan because her mom and family is here.

That's what I say about my supps. Mine are all minerals and vitamins found in fruits, veggies and spices. She's happy I take them to be healthy ;)

I pulled this route for a while... or just called them muscle builders... very vague for quite some time till she realized that I spent a lot of time researching and commented "you must know alot"...so I let on that i used naturally sourced hormones found in the body or food... then eventually outright steroids BUT done in a responsible fashion. She understands completely but I dont think she woulda been cool if I had outright told her upfront "oh and I take Roids and spend prob $500-$2000 on them and ancillaries a year" LOL.

I dont even plan on injecting until its prescribed but now Im just trying to educate her on the fact that traditional AAS are actually safer (entire sterility thing aside) and more well researched and thats why they ARE prescribed by docs... I thnk the idea of the needle just scares her though...

My son on the other hand just knows dad must be REALLY healthy with all the vitamins he takes, lol! (hes almost 5 now)

Original 4-ad (and 1-ad too) is banned. M1T is still available but it's quite rare and who knows if it is legit.. But stuff like Phera, M-LMG and M1,4ADD is still available.

Well actually nothing is sure, just rumors though :D And as I read someone else state in another thread: Where there is demand - there is supply ;) So I guess some other company will pop up instead. Which I think is a good thing :) Pretty much everything is banned in the country I am from. But I have no problems getting the stuff through customs :p

Hey man, $500 is not bad at ALL. Unless you're not counting in like other little "extras" in there. Including my aminos, and my random health stuff I buy (anti aging, joint, vitamins, minerals etc.) I probably am lucky to get away with $120 a month, which is like $1500 bucks a year... And I dont even run more than 2 "mild" cycles a year... makes me sad lol.

Well that is understandable... I recently had Liver Longer stuck in customs. Came home with the mail with a big sticker that said "Opened and inspected by customs" :toofunny:
True that. We are lucky to have UK - otherwise we wouldn't have any supplements except creatine and whey protein :D And by creatine I don't even mean creatine nitrate, just old and boring monohydrate :)

nonono... 500-2000 thats on cycles alone (Anabolics... mostly stocked/not even ran for future ban preperation, SERMS, ancillaries: liver, bp, prostate, acne, AI's, other goodies to make PCT gains easily maintained: Anabeta, Drive, DAA, Creatine, Slin sane/nutrient partitioners etc)....

I spend MUCH more on supplements period through the whole year... lol... dont even want to think what that cost is... but I excuse it as my way for making up for the crappy food sources available today... I literally budget protein, aminos and EFA in with my food, not my supplements though....


Im always running at least bulk creatine and LCLT or the like (beta alanine, alcar etc.) and then i usually have something natty going on to keep it fun... just finished a full dosed run of XFA ($100 bucks for a 50 day run) and a bottle of Overdrive.... that kinda stuff....

must be nice to still have phera!! but we do still have the rest mentioned as well... M1t was made by so many companies back in the day id have to think its legit raws would be easy to source... UG labs have no problem... I just dont seee the point in selling a bunk version...

But maaaaan... why take away 4-ad, the healthiest of all PH's across the globe??? it just doesnt make sense!!!!

oooooooh wait.... cause its a viable replacement for OTC hormone replacement therapy and the pharm companies want you using their drugs and their clinics instead! gotta love it.

I'd have to agree with you. If that was still available - that is where my money would go. I would be on the original 4-AD for life :lol:

Was my cheat day :D

Got up in the morning, ate some breakfast and chilled for a while before hitting the gym for some cardio.
Spent 25minutes on the treadmill (ran ~2.5miles) and 20minutes on the stationary bike (interval program). According to the machines I burnt around 500kcal's :p Which I made up for today by having a cheat day :o

I don't quite remember everything I ate :lol: It was everything from burgers, pizza, cake, ice cream, candy, you name it ;)
Cals were well above 6k I'd say (and not the good kind) :laugh:

DAY 5

Woke up feeling great. No bloat from yesterdays cheating and I even felt lean when I woke up. Don't usually feel that way after a cheat day I can tell you. Felt good :)

I have an exam coming up on Wednesday so I have to study for that on Monday and Tuesday so no lifting before Wednesday :( Crap. I am itching to throw some weights around and instead I have to read the Finnish Law regarding companies :rant:

Anyways, food for the day has been the same as usual: (I know - I am boring when it comes to food. I don't switch it up much very often..)

2 pieces multi grain bread, protein shake with 10ml Avocado oil and a cup of coffee
200g Cottage Cheese with a can of crushed pineapple in own juice
Can of tuna with ½cup of whole wheat pasta
250g Quark with yoghurt
Protein shake with 10ml avocado oil + pre workout mixture
200gminced meat with whole wheat pasta
Handful of peanuts
Protein shake with 10ml avocado oil

Macros: ~2752cals, 258g Protein, 241 Carbs, 84g Fat
 
NO bloat even when eating till you puke. Sounds amazing hahah. Looks like you're testing this products limitations well ;)

Yeah, I was very surprised my myself. I usually feel like a balloon about to burst in the mornings after my cheat days but this morning: nada! Gotta see if it will be the same way next Monday :lol:
 
how are dosing this you staying with the original protocol, how long you been on it, any change in weight, any changes in mirror,why do you cheat so much and eat so much junk?

I dont know about Concrete but for me cheating serves two purposes, one is mental, its easy to eat well all week knowing I get to eat what I want on Sat/Sunday it gives me something to look forward to. Its like a reward. Two it resets leptin levels and actually allows you to start burning fat again, so limited cheating is beneficial not detrimental

You been in this guy named tinyguy's log? that guy eats around 6k cals a day on his bulk... a 6k cheat day is pretty much standard IMO for ppl who take cheat days instead of cheat meals. I do cheat meals.... but those are around 5-6k each... haha. Ive eaten 6lbs of beef in a 45 min period for dinner at this buffet nearby... best $15 I spend.

Some ppl take it easy on the forum. unless we plan on making this a career why not have a cheat day like this? lol. Granted for me being pretty much a celiac I cant eat any wheat. Milk gives me digestive issues, Oatmeal also kills me, Brown rice makes me **** out my stomach contents whole... I can only cheat on excessive meat consumption. Or fries... Fries are good. Homemade kind though... anything fried in the same oil that something with flour is fried in poses a problem for me.... anyway back to the topic at hand: I figure only about 5% of the ppl on this forums are actually show competitors. Mostly everyone else is just doing this cause we wanna be strong, live long, and look good ;)

I think they are just shocked I eat as much food as most families who come in do... and its only $12... man... haha.

ive dieted more than most bbuilding and training is my life so i know a thing or two, i take it all seriously i always want to try and look decent or better
agreed cheating meals maybe days for some is beneficial to raise leptin and increase a slowed metabolism from dieting and cardio but one doesnt need to cheat with junk ever, if one wants to carb up eat lots of healthy carbs not crap, if one wants to greatly increase fats increase good fats not trans or hydrogenated fats (love coconut oil v hard to store as bfat),
mo when someone has to cheat it should be with good healthy foods just alot more for a given meal or day, nothing wrong with a bit of junk but to much of it aint good, harder the diet harder the physique.
my diets pretty clean all the time bar protein bars instead of candy some sauces to meals sweetners to drinks and gum thats pretty much it i take pride in a clean diet, and theres no real nutritional value in junk food, and if i started i wouldnt stop and thats no good for mind or body!

Plus the whole "clean" diet thing is really up in teh air. Some ppl say whole wheat is good, heard of the book called "Wheat Belly"? I guess Im bias though cause eating wheat to me is like eating poison. My clean diet is nothing processed. No point in eating 300g of just protein for a cheat. Ive tried... results are diarrhea lol. Combine that 300g of protein with like 200g fats and a lot of veggies? Happiness haha. Thats my cheats.. as I really cant eat much else... sweat potatoes for carbs... but I dont eat those unless Im moving.
 
You are both right IMO :) I don't always eat like this on my cheat days. Just once in a while when I get cravings. Usually I stick to my regular diet and just add in a couple more carb sourced meals :thumbsup:

Another day off from the gym. I am going crazy here :crazy:
God damn exam waiting to be written and I have to read.. Well at least I get to lift after work on Wednesday. Gonna kill chest and back :thumbsup:

Nothing much to report other than that dosing has been kept the same. And diet kept in check. (I recently ran out of protein too :( Gotta stock up on some more.)

try quinoa a grain with all the complete proteins good stuff similar to cous cous
rice is a very safe food

sweet potatos and new potatos are good carbs (not baked or boiled)

No problem.
So far I have noticed a small decrease in appetite during the day. It is hard to explain the feeling, I think of food, I know I am hungry, but my body doesn't crave food as it used to during certain times of the day. Mornings are getting awesome. My lat meal of the day is quite late due to work, lifting, etc. So I always feel a little bloated when I go to bed. But when I wake up I am solid as a rock, feeling tight and full. Abs are becoming more pronounced I think, at least it looks like it :D

I'm one week in now at 18caps/day :thumbsup:

My lat meal of the day is quite late due to work, lifting, etc. So I always feel a little bloated when I go to bed. But when I wake up I am solid as a rock, feeling tight and full. Abs are becoming more pronounced I think, at least it looks like it :D

I'm one week in now at 18caps/day :thumbsup:

Im sending another box of supps home.... so I can get my usro in storage there already. Mom's gonna be pissed... I just got her to ship a box like 3 weeks ago... but I can't wait much longer... specially with my new ab contest going... haha.
