wow i remember the days of Uni-Liver tabs and taking 18+ a day, tabs are huge btw. good source of vitamin B's, minerals but not very high on protein. like 2-3g per serving. in the long run, it would prob. be cheaper to run 1 bottle of these than taking 18+ liver tabs.
for liver: try NAC, milk thistle, SAMe
protein: food, protein powders etc
vitamins and minerals: NOW Adam, CL Orange Triad (best) and add in anything else you are wanting get a higher intake of like vitamin-b etc. NOW sells many of these types of products, all at NP.
now a days, with all the new products out, this is a supplement of the past. not a bad one and it still can be taken, but not as beneficial as it used to be. good luck :thumbsup:
