Probably those two, and NAC (N-Acetyl cysteine). NAC maybe 2nd in importance in that group, thistle being 1st. However, the order is debatable.

NAC is used to treat victims of acetaminophen (a liver poison in overdose) toxicity, so that's a big plus in it's favor.
