Little Help with Green Tea

I'm looking to start supplementing some green tea and I've got it down to two choices. I'm looking at Lean Green and also the green tea caps from primordial performance. I'm a little confused on the amount of each component per cap especially on primordials. If anyone could help me understand this or even recommend something better that would be great. Thanks in advance.

both companies make great products. I like how PP's is organic and pesticide free. And its cheaper.....CLA would be a great supp to pick up too.

I definitely like the organic aspect of PP's I'm just a little confused which is more potent I guess you could say and would be better capsule for capsule.

quick question anybody know if green tea had been "proven" to oxidize fats. or increase metabolism?

pretty sure there are numerous studies on its effect of metabolism, not sure about oxidizing fat though..
Check out the science tab under their green tea product. Lots to read there. Good stuff.

Take 2caps 2-3 times a day. and maybe also add drinking green tea during the day when not in a rush.
the dose info is per dose. if dos eis for eg. 2 caps then eap pill has half of whats posted. got it?

I just go to my local co-op and buy organic matcha(sp) and sencha green tea and drink 4-6 cups per day.

agreed, not to mention green tea is a great anti oxident very healthy thing to have on hand, and the EGCG is what boosts the metabolism so that is what matters
