I've taken Anafuse twice, once for cutting and the second to bulk. For me it was much more effective for a cut. I could up my calories more than usual, but still cut the same. End result was leaning out with less muscle loss. However my body seems to have gotten use to it and it doesn't have the same effect anymore. I'm on my third bottle but not enjoying it this time. I'm only continuing for the D3
Time to upgrade to Folidrone 2.0.
Anafuse used to be discussed here, but not much anymore. Newer products gain favor over older onesSounds like numerous people recommend follidrone 2.0 over anafuse lol

What type of supplements are we talking about? Based on your examples, I'm going to assume you're talking about natural anabolics.
Or1gin: Natural anabolic to boost appetite, improve digestion, maximize hypertrophy
Test1fy: Natural anabolic and test booster to increase appetite, modulate cortisol, act as a natural AI, increase libido, improve mood
K1ngs Blood: Natural anabolic and hormone optimizer that can be used during PCT or on its own to increase libido, improve mood, modulate cortisol, and aid with strength and performance
X-Gels: Arachidonic acid to aid with strength and body composition
Anabeta Elite: Natural anabolic to increase appetite, increase muscle fullness, aid with body composition
Lots of solid stacks already mentioned, I am about to begin a run of ABE & AlphaMax XT staggered. You cant go wrong with that natty stack, my goal is further recomp. Once that is done, Ill take a little break and roll into 2 tubs of OL Bloodshr3d.
Not sure why the forum doesn't have much love for anafuse. I know its a proprietary blend, but it treated me much better then any other epicat/lax combo that I have taken. I used it on a bulk, and put on some solid weight.
Any new product seems to get preferential treatment here. It's interesting because both anafuse and FD2 are prop blends, yet most posters on here knock prop blends but apparently they keep buying them.
In this case, Folidrone 2.0 is miles ahead of anafuse. Yes, better (and not new) is preferential.
I've never used Anafuse...I don't suggest products I don't like or haven't used. Maybe one day I'll try it or log it for kicks.
And I've stacked AlphaMax XT with ABE twice before. Great stack.
One things about supps is everyone reacts different. For example, I have read a number of guys having limp dic* because of AlphaMax XT, yet it made my libido go up. When I ran anafuse on a bulk, I packed on pounds. When I ran FD2, it was on a recomp, and it made me lose more weight then I wanted. I wouldn't say one is actually better then the other, and def not miles ahead, but each is stronger in its own way. from my experience...
Anafuse = Better for a bulk
AF2 = Better for a recomp/cut
Is Triumph actually standardized for PA ? I only see on their label that the soy lecithin is standardized for phosphatides (as all decent SL options out there) and the PA corresponds pretty much to the weighted average of a 97-98% phosphadites SL.Soy lecithin granules for the absolute cheapest option. Go with 2-3 tbsp per day.
Tr1umph for a standardized option (913mg PA per serving) that also includes big doses of creatine, betaine, LCLT, alpha-GPC, elevATP, and more, for improved performance, power, and anabolism. A little more expensive than granules, but you're getting a lot more with it, and it's still less expensive than the concentrated PA supps.
Okay thank you! Is there a reason on supplement shop when I called there Friday to order
follidrone 2.0 they kept referring me to anafuse? They kept saying it is a much strong product and there best seller ??
He is just absolutely obsessed with Follidrone 2.0 - I've never seen anything like it before. So there is not going to be any chance you'll get him to accept another product as being as good. It's odd because I've never seen him spell the name of the Follidrone correctly but he talks about it in the majority of his posts.
Have you tried it yet bud lol?
I have not. It doesn't mean I won't but I haven't yet. If I do try it, it would be based solely on the reviews. But make no mistake, I have seen products get great reviews that weren't anything good at all. I'm not saying FD2 specifically falls into that category but many products do - probably most products do. Regardless, in all honesty, I have never seen someone so obsessed with a product as much as you are with FD2. I'm not trying to be mean, but I have just never seen it before. And if you're not pushing FD2 then you're pushing another BLR product like Letrone. So perhaps there could be a slight bias. But in all seriousness you would make a good rep for them.

Do you think Evomuse doesnt bring new stuff? Brite? BMP?Not a rep. Their the ONLY innovative company going. And they ONLY put out supplements that work. I just want see us all get our monies worth instead of buying touted as new - old copied, re-mixed crap with little or no R&D. Get serious....

I do think OL is. Phytofused epi, 7 Keto with absorption enhancer, CU SF (they didnt just took away the stims like everybody but added an amazing adaptogens blend) , Or1gin, Ignit3 (at least to me it is innovative as I didnt know about some ingredients there)I agree with you on Evomuse. What others would you say are innovative?

Id also add Tr1umph. It is not an innovation in the strict sense, but it is the first creatine + PA + flavour supp.
I actually asked in a PES thread a flavoured SL prior to Tr1umph. Glad OL did it.
But I care way more for which are the best supps than which are the most innovative. Lamborghini doesnt brings much innovation, but I wouldnt mind having one! And to me, OL is the Lamborghini of supps...
And, yeah, I agree with you that FD2 rocks! In my 3rd bottle, and have other 3!
Has anyone actually put on any mass using follidrone 2.0 or should I say maintained "some size" while cutting
Yes; great stuff. I actually got random comments on my physique when I was using it. Problem is that it is quite expensive..Anyone try ifn's product most wanted?
1 cap morning and 1 at night was all I took with most wanted....they are actually quite potent. Still, $70 for one month is more than difficult to swallow. Would be a great stack with FD2 though for sure.Yeah I wanted to try the most wanted but for 69.99 bucks for 20 days were 3 pills daily for me wasn't happening for me this time. So I went with follidrone
I got to be honest... I know everyone gives FD2 raving reviews, and I know its good on a recomp/cut, but I honestly don't think it lives up to the hype. Its not much different then any of the other natty anabolics IMO. I know, I probably just committed a cardinal sin saying that on AM, and maybe I should give it another try. I'm just leery of spending more money on it... maybe I was just a low responder, but I know I cant be the only one.

Have you run a real cycle before?
I think all natural products are way over hyped to those of us who have ran steroids. I personally only use natural products to hopefully help prevent some fat gain on the days I go overboard on my calories. I don't expect much more other than some increased fullness, which can be accomplished by getting to the gym in the morning and using a good pump product.
Nevertheless, I have spent my fair share of money on natural products and will probably continue to do so, because if anything it is good motivation lol
I'm with you, I got zero from FD2, I was disappointed...

Another non=responder. Noticed nothing that wouldnt alreadyhave come fromhym and good diet. No strength or endurance improvements to speak off.
It is why I dont want to waste my money or time on it.
We people react differently on compounds and there are many reasons such as genetics, medication ++ . I do shake my head when I see some guys experiencing almost steroid gains on FD2 while many say they felt NOTHING from it. Same with follidrone v1. People experienced steroid like gains. GTFOH! Even at 1500mg Epi daily, there was just better pump and endurance but thats due to N.O boosting effect.
Dont forget we are dealing with plenty of placebo and Companies-Fan Boys
Don't feel bad. Everybody is entitled to an opinion. Hope you find something that works for you and suits your goals.

Follidrone (original) allowed me to do much more volume/density in my workouts, which in turn led to better body composition. It's not a miracle supplement and diet/workout still has to be on point. Everyone's mileage may vary![]()
I mean, Epi should be a sample for everyone due to many healthbenefits but it is not crazy anabolic like its claimed to be![]()
Upon reflecting on everything I've tried and taken, most natty anabolics are great for your health and probably assist in LBM gains mostly because they either help prevent fat gain (due to nutrient partitioning) or allow you to do more work (ergogenic aid). I don't think natty anabolics will ever allow someone to gain "more muscle" than they're supposed to (like PH, AAS gains) and I think they mainly allow you to gain muscle while putting on less fat, if that makes any sense.
Sure, that effect I got from higher EPI dose.
-better endurance
-work capacity
-Pumps

They say the EC is more potent than the epi. Or at least so I've heard lol
