Hey guys at AM,

I am new here and am about to purchase a product that is liquid, I normally have tablet form but just wondering how to know how much to take.

The container reads Liquid ** 50mL 20mg/mL.

Sorry guys, science and maths aren't my strong suit lol.

Hate to be the one to say this, but if you can't figure this out, then you most likely shouldn't be taking what your taking. Research chems aren't supplements and can have disastrous consequences if misused.
