LIPODERM-ULTRA alternative

Since LIPODERM-ULTRA seems to be sold out everywhere is LIPODERM-Y with caffeine and adding my own Raspberry ketone a good alternative ?

I will be using it on the off weeks of enhanced Napalm.

OR would a second bottle of clean Napalm be a better choice
