Just picked up a bottle cheap ($10) at a site because of a 4/08 expiration date. Will they still be ok? ALso whats a good dose of potassium to take per pill to reduce the chances of cramping. I was thinking 300mg's per pill? I drink plenty of water as well. Thanks in advance.
