So I have tried this ingredient recently and provided a little focus. I heard it lowers DHT and lowers libido though, is this true? Some people say it lowers libido and some people say it does absolutely nothing. It has 5 alpha reductase inhibitor properties, which I believe lowers DHT.

I've used it for at least the last year or more at 500-1,000g/d and it really doesn't seem to affect libido one way or the other. No subjective impression of DHT suppression either, like puffy nips or softer musculature.

I can't imagine any real pronounced effects on DHT. Not unless you already suffer from PFS and possibly have some extreme sensitivities.

Too many factors from hormones to the brain, to diet and body fat, play a part in libido. So much so, that you couldn't tie it directly to any effects on DHT. Take some 1-andro without a test base and and watch your libido tank to 0%, but I don't believe it has anything to with DHT.

Anyway; I never got anything out of Lions Main from multiple suppliers. I like cordyceps militaris and Chaga better.

Ape is right, E2 blood level is the strongest indicator of libido IME, not DHT. It sounds counter-intuitive but that's how it is!
