Bit of a ruff morning, woke up pretty early feeling sick to my stomach. Thinking I have been battling something this past week, but it hasn't really been getting to me because I have been dosing my vitamin c especially high.

It's that time of year. I felt off all week until today, and even then I felt like getting sick in the gym this morning.
 
What's up with you guys? You 2 been to Africa lately...
 
im wondering if its the stress of your stomach breaking down the oxime.... how many days have you been on cycle and has this been going on since then?
 
Haha. Not sure I didn't have issues the first time I ran this, I did run it lower dosed tho. I started on the 27th, but I was already feeling a bit eh before
 
For sleep? Lol. I'm not having any issues with sleep, have G8 to thank for that :) every body knows vitamin c is anabolic healthy goodness
 
Not For Sleep but for the immune system, when I feel a little "off" I take some zinc about 3-4 times a day, next day All Better
 
I do need to get some of the G8 it sound awesome!!
 
Hm never looked into zinc.. Will take a look for sure :) and yeah it has been treating me well, at least I sleep throughout the night and not wake up multiple time feeling sick, just when I wake in the morning

Thanks :) Back is actually pretty good. Didn't give me too many issues and today was squat day, if anything it stretched whatever it was out.
 
November 2nd
Pretty chilly day down here in Florida, 45 degrees. I ended up going out last night as my girl wanted to go party so was painfully up till about 2am, pretty much took my G8 and passed the **** out as I was up for about 22hours straight lol. Took one of capsule of the sample pack of Norcodrene before I headed out in the morning to lift. About half way through nausea settled in, which was fantastic as I was doing my squats at the time haha, but I sucked it up and it went away after sipping down BCAA/SAA. This too heavy mofo was curling in the squat rack and he kept walking away to go somewhere, than coming back, so that was great haha. Weighed in today and down to 163.

Yeah hah I should probably cool it a bit seeing as I cut calories slightly. Not sure though, on cycle and recover stack seems to be working, no DOMS, no soreness, ready to lift the next day.
 
Yeah it is good company with quality products :) so far I have tried PX 500, stimul8, and now these two.. All were great to me

As long as it's not the clap take 1,000 mgs. Vit C every morning, and 50 mgs. Zinc right before bed and it should be much better in about 5 or 6 days.

Time kind of escaped me yesterday with everything so I'm going to go ahead and post this update now. Forgot to bring in the BCAA/SAA drink I had made for the gym, so went without as I was too lazy to go get it. Did notice a bit of a difference as usually I wouldn't get hungry during my workout but I did and felt somewhat flat.

Hah true.. It was too far of a walk either, but once your in the gym it is like **** it, not leaving till I'm done
 
Update~
Feeling much better today, but going to stay out of the gym till Friday to make sure all is well and I don't make anything worst. Will make Friday a full body day most likely, with lesser volume.
 
Relapsed sickness, did too much yesterday and I paid for it today. I wonder if being sick on a cut is godsend because I don't feel like eating **** lol

cashew butter usually satisfies the fat craving for me.

Cashews… yum. Unfortunately, there's no where on this side of town (at work) that would sell cashew butter. I need to get a hold of some for emergencies like this though. I'll make it though. I've got some baked oats and almond milk I'm going to have in a moment.
