Gotcha.... Yeah it's a thought but it so hard for me to put and keep weight on esp when I start dropping cals... If I had added a notiable amount of fat I would consider a recomp but the natural tendency for my body is to be lean and takes so much for me to add weight even with lots of cala and no cardio.... It's a blessing and curse. Really trying to put some mass with this cycle and maintain it then run another cycle end of year beginning next to add extra mass before cutting up for summer. Considering my first test run.
 
Ok man good luck. your body is very different, i can always gain muscle, but it requires that i eat so much that I get fat too... staying lean is the hardest part for me, i have to have a clean diet and do consistent cardio.

I didn't figure you were a naturally lean type, because you put on SO many pounds in this cycle. Looks like it is a great success then!

it's so werid... I really haven't changed my diet for this cycle from when I am bit on cycle, maybe added in a few more carbs but nothing major. But takes forever for me to gain normally unless I eat bunches of crappy food and I just dont gain the quaility weight I want... If I jump on anabolics it's blast off! I gain like crazy and don't change a thing for the most part. Thought I was overtrained at one point so backed off some and still no difference.
 
I did a recomp year and half ago stayed at 180 but went from 7-8% bf down to 5.2-5.6% measured by multiple techniques and all were in that range. This was done on a 4.5 wk hdrol/epi cycle with NO cardio. That's how crazy my metabolism is.
 
DAY 30: 30mg pplex

day off from the gym... With holiday wkend got fri, sat and mon so figured give my body some rest then really get at it.

Workout schedule is going to switch up because have a friend in for holiday wkend so we will be lifting together, also why I look yesterday off. We will be pushing to the limits so will be great I have tomorrow through monday off :)

Also thinking about upping the PPlex to 40mg tomorrow?!!!??? I know Unreal suggested this and think it might help finish of the cycle nicely since I have been at 30mg for a while now. Really no issues except mild increase in oily skin. Also some mild shutdown but thats to be expected with these 2 compounds. Lower back is definately tight, gf commented on this when she was rubbing my back but no painful back pumps when lifting. Some mild lethargy has been noted but comes and goes, some days worse than others.

The body change has been nothing short of amazing. Really not much water retension or bloating. Muscles look much much bigger from the start, I guess that happens when you add 15+lbs LOL!!! The great thing is abs still show and in the morning I look just as lean as when I started BUT MUCH BIGGER, which is awesome! I know its hard to believe without pics but this cycle has definately been the shizzzz-nittt of orals!!!

To gain 15lbs that fast and stay that lean is pretty amazing. Im upping my tren and pplex next week...I would go for it and bump it up to 40mg!

It's actually like 18lbs lol!!!

Like I said my muscle have really gotten bigger. I must have some serious glycogen storage going on, only think I can think of.

You should look into getting some clen, this sh*t is crazy. Only thing that sucks is the dull headaches i get, but the go away after a while. Im already looking alot leaner from last week!

Yeah going to try it on my next cut... Actually just got some thing Special 4 after PCT... Hint hint... Considered using it during PCT but not sure how smart that would be.
 
DAY 32: 40mg pplex

yep I bumped it up to really help finish this great cycle off.

Arms workout with friend was just nasty! Massive pumps that were skin spliting. Will take a few says to get the full effect of the increase in mg but all signs point to great end to awesome cycle. Stay tuned...

4 sets DB skull crusher with rotation
3 sets hammer curl
3 sets overhead rope cable extension
buddy curls 40lbs straight bar: 1rep pass 1rep pass, 2reps pass 2 reps pass... And so on up til 10 reps then back down!!!!! HOLY HOLY OUCH!!!

DAY 33: 40mg pplex

blew up the shoulders and delts today. Nice solid pump and strength wayyy up... Watch the Kai shoulder video on MD.com and really got me going and ready to train shoulders. Glad college football is back... Spent the afternoon napping, eating and relaxing.

weight seems to be holding steady... Body def adjusted to carrying this extra weight which is a plus

crazy chest workout... Prob the strongest I have ever been. Able to move some serious weight and squeeze out contractions... Also blow up like a balloon once I start lifting. Also the endurance is def there.

took the day off due to the hard workouts over the holiday break. My body definately needed it. Will check weight tomarrow and see where I am at.

Wondering about 50mg last wk... Didn't bump up but definately considered it.

I have had some mild acne esp toward end of my time on 30mg and while on 40mg... But calmed down once I got some 10% ben perox body wash. Some mild lethargy has been noted but that really only noticed if I skip my coffee. The boyz appear to be slightly smaller so def some shutdown setting in but that's why you have PCT.
 
From what i hear 40mg is the sweet spot for everyone. 50mg might be more risk then reward, but its your call. see what unreal has to say. Im on 30mg right now and feel like damn animal... I just had the best leg workout of my life!

Yeah going to stick at 40mg had considered it but like u said pushing it. I mean 18lbs ain't too shabby and it's nice holding the weight for a wk or so. This can only aid the body during pct because it gets use to the heavier weight... I don't see how people add 12-15lbs on SD in 3 wks then say they keep all the gains, bc ur body has no time to adjust to the massive gain in lbs. Just my 2 cents.

I react so well to this pplex and tren, i havent put an as much weight as my mdrol/tren cycle but i have better strength gains. I will be adding some e stane next week at 40mg possibly up to 60mg. This way i should lean up and keep the gains ive made already.

Nice looking at phera and tren for next run in the new year. Have run epi and tren it was great love to see what tren and phera can do. Or might get some test e and blast away for my first inj cycle.
 
I was thinking about trying some test next year too. Maybe some test e with a little dbol kick starter!

I would personally go with phera. It's def not as "wet." Or the phera kicked with SD. This has been the most pleasant oral cycle I have run. No headaches from BP issues like with tren. Very mild lethargy. No gyno issues what so ever. And great strength increase, pumps and increase in body weight. I definately could see 25lbs with test e or c added in. Will see how pct goes here in a few days when u start.
 
DAY 38: 208lbs 40mg pplex

weight holding at 208lbs for last few days, which isn't a bad thing at all. I should probably start to eat more carbs but up ~19lbs from start so very happy... Trying to get a little recomp affect or just let my body adjust to this weight gain to help hold the lbs during pct.

Solid arm workout again today with nice arm splitting pump. I am so happy with the full look to my body. Definately the biggest I have ever been and the fullest I have ever looked. I am totally in love with phera. I don't see the bloat people talk about at all. Til tomarrow... Lift hard and lift heavy!
 
Sounds great you are responding to them just like me... I think PP works well needs to be run a long time, for me the strength really didn't pick up until week 3 or so, week 4... so when people run it for 4 weeks they're not getting everything out of it... Long run of Phera with SD at the start is golden!

You gonna post any pics? Up 19 pounds is pretty fckn sweet bro.
 
hey Unreal i think ive read somewhere that you have emptied out caps of epi in to some water, was that you or am i imagining things? If it was would u suggest it? I just added estane to my mix.

very solid shoulder workout... Got a sick pump throughout my delt... Like they were ready to blow esp the front and side delts. I want to stay on pplex forever!!! Definately a solid aas. I think 50-60mg is possible.
 
DAY 40: 40mg pplex

had to get in a quick leg workout but it was quick and intense. Strength up on all lifts and nice endurance with little rest between sets. Only problem is 2 days left :(

Yeah kinda over the top I know but really pushed it and felt great... Back really blew up and felt HUGE! Was amazed how good I felt and couldn't for myself to leave. Just keep adding weight or moving the pin down... Great feeling.

Since tomarrow is last day I shall be hitting chest again. Finish with a bang.


Ohh yeah hit 209lbs!!!! So that makes 20lbs from the start. Yes prob good amount of water and glycogen storage in the muscles because the look way bigger. Lot of people have said I look wayyyy bigger :) but 20lbs on anyone would make a big difference.
 
DAY 42: 40mg pplex

well today was going to be last day but tom is arms so what's wrong with 43 days instead of 42 lol esp when things are so great.

So super chest workout with massive pump then threw on some standing db lat raises to hit those delts again. This stack has been awesome throughout. Yeah my lipids are prob crap but do u ever expect them to be great when running methyl orals? Will post a final review tomarrow.

Well last day has finally come and honestly feel amazing. Great arm day with skin splitting pumps and great increase in reps from the start. Each rep feels like a straw is directly in the target muscle blowing it up.

BB curls
straight bar cable pressdowns
machine preacher curl
one arm DB overhead extensions
DB hammer curl
incline EZ bar skull crusher
reverse DB preacher curl (on the vertical side) with body weight dips
 
FINAL CYCLE REVIEW PRE-PCT:

start 189lbs
now 209lbs!!!
thats 20LBS!!!

All I have to say is BEST cycle so far in all respects.

As you can see the weight gain was definately there. Yeah its not a really dry cycle, definately a bulker. But didnt not find it to be wet or lots of bloating like people report. But then again my diet is pretty clean except for my occasional burreto bowl but that was made pretty healthy (was double rice, double chicken, little hot sauce, chili corn salsa, very very min amount of shredded cheese).

Strength definately increased from the start all the way throughout. Weight by the end was way up and was able to handle heavy weight with great contractions in the muscle.

Appearance was nothing short of awesome. BIG full look to my body now. Not sure how much is glycogen and water uptake in the muscle. This is what has made the striking difference esp when I take my shirt off. After each workout the muscle looked bigger and bigger.

PUMP was absolutly KILLER!!! Really great mind muscle connection allowed me to get a super squeeze and stretch, which really helped.

Sides: really none to be honest. some mild acne but got a good 10% ben perox bodywash and cleared it up. Mild lethargy but thats just because i didnt get my morning coffee or didnt sleep enough. Speaking on the sleep issue... when I had the chance to get 10-12 hours, I felt AMAZING! 8 hours was good but the extra few really make me feel good. Shutdown is probably there. Maybe a small amount of shrinkage, really hard to tell. Definately little harder to finish the deed with the GF but not too bad.

About the dosing... definately think the right spot is 20mg Mdrol with 40mg PPlex or 30mg Mdrol and 30mg PPlex.

About the mdrol... I havent used a SD clone. My orginal runs were with Designer Supps SD (the real orginal stuff, white bottle paper label) There are definately differences. Not saying mdrol is not a pure compound at all. I kinda think the orginal SD might have had extra goodie or goodies in it, but thats my opinion. At 10mg of the orginal i had crazy crazy increases in strength and at 20mg I was getting crazy back pumps with even more rediculous strength. Even at 20 or 30mg of Mdrol with the added PPlex this was not as pronounced. Just my 2 cents.

Looking back if I had to run it again and I really plan on it I would go:
mdrol 20/30/30/20
pplex 20/30/30/40/40/40

Well on to PCT boyz... probably will update each wk PCT goes by. I must state this again... this is not a beginner cycle or even if you have a few under your belt. Yes the gains are great and I had little sides, it still is very potent and have def done my share of other cycle.

I hope to maintain is why the pplex was run so long after the mdrol to help solidify the gains even though they were more constant than explosive (like previous experience). But I am not one to complain about 20lbs lol... Figure I will loose some due to water and glycogen... But we will see... Just going to keep lifting hard and training like a beast.

Already thinking of the nect run... maybe sd, pplex to kick of my first test run :). Darkside here I come!!!

any comments on bodyfat and diet? i'm looking for less total gains and more bodyfat drops, i remember the original superdrol really required running a good amount of carbs and i'm wondering what you think of pplex vs. the original superdrol in regard to carb intake since you've run them both?

here's the funny thing... I struggle to gain weight due to a high metabolism. I don't do cardio, ever and stay easily in single digits bf wise. I eat eat eat too and every pound is a struggle to gain. I didn't change my diet one bit. I did add in some extra oatmeal after I gained 12lbs or so to increase the cals. So def wrong person to ask. But here r my 2 cents:

I think as long as your carb sources are brown rice, oatmeal, sweat potatots, whole wheat bread you should be fine. But these are the only carbs I really eat except for white rice when trying to bulk. I will adjust the amounts to my weight, roughly 1.75x (low) days, 2.25x (mod) and 3x (high) body weight = cals per day of carbs. Every 14-16 days throw a super low day in with carbs with breakfast and postwo only.
 
PCT wk 1:

down a 0.5-1lbs, so still rocking 207-208lbs depending on day.

70mg clomid (bottle dosed at 35mg/ml)
split am and roughly 10hrs later

20mg novla
dosed in am

started to notice a little flare up in my right nip... Result of a dumb first SD cycle that I used rebound xt for pct... Live and learn. It usually will give me a problem at end of cycle or first couple days of pct. I say away from aromatizing aas/ph. Then once through pct and time off usually subsides as my levels even out. That being said I bumped the novla up to 40mg 3 days ago.

Other than that no problems, esp with the gf, which is great.

Holding the strength nicely.

Would u guys be interested in seeing a S4 log? Got 3 bottles. Was going to run 100mg a day for 45 days after pct? Loved to throw it in pct but like to run it standalone first.
 
yeah you should do the S4 log. You'd be one of the first here, you'd get a ton of publicity. Can you do a log with pics? (No homo) but I love seeing pics, they really help me see what's going on in any cycle

Yeah, will log it and try and do pics. Prob not going to be til 2-3 wks after PCT finishes. I think 45 days should definately give an accurate idea of what's going on. Would go higher in dosing but damn if it dosent get $$$$ plus the vision issues.

i would luv to see the S4 log, sumthin new. and yeah would pretty much make ya a celebrity on here lol. And how you feelin, i mean with running this with the stronger to weaker(sd to pplex) am i right in thinking it might make PCT a lil more bearable in the first week?

to be honest besides the nip issue pct as been pretty easy... No problems and not lost too much weight maybe a pound at most but weighing my self at gym and fluctuate from 207-209 :) so far so good.
 
hey, i seen that reoccuring nip issue with sumone else, he called it his estro meter. well you cant complain about an easier PCT
 
WEEK 2 PCT:

Sorry this is a few days late been busy with work, but happy to report all is well. Weight still between 204-206lbs... which makes me soooo happy. Been such a struggle to get over the 2 hundo mark, was stuck in a rut around 183-186ish. Strength has gone down some but still very much improved from the beginning.

Running SERMs as followed:
25mg Clomid bid
20mg novla qam

Since week 2 of PCT is done I have started my AI (Novladex XT at 3 caps) along with Lean Xtreme (2caps first thing am then 1 cap 4hrs later)


Got some stuff on order and already thinking up the next run... or maybe dip into that S4. Also considering my first inj cycle of test, just unsure if I want to start that road, but everyone swears by it. So we will see. Until next week take care, train heavy and hard.
