Short update:
-still no surgery on hernias
-emergency repair on artificial lake came first
-no workout the last 14 days due to said lake draining, tons of fish slaughtering and other mess
-not much interest in the bodybuilding topic for now
-got obsessed with ashwagandha extract at a fairly high dose, noting awesome benefits from it, like:
*better and shorter sleep
*less anxiety
*no more BP spikes when getting stressed
*apparently not getting fat so easily now, holding my weight effortless

Will be back when surgery was done.

"Bulk supplements": 5:1 extract, mornings 1g before bed 2g .
I swear its a life changer for me. It lets me confront daily issues more relaxed.
Will be interesting to see if it has an effect on my blood sugar and lipids.

Geez, I have to give ash another shot I guess. I do mix it into my sleep formula - that I custom make with ash from Bulk. It has never seemed to do much for me, but maybe I just haven't given it credit. I think it is highly over rated, tbh.

Still, I like putting it in the sleep formula because it is supposed to be so great and it is supposed to reduce cortisol...and I know reduced cortisol tends to have a positive effect on my sleep.

@hairygrandpa - great job with the deadlifts. I know you probably want to be further along but you can only take one step at a time. Your schedule does not matter, what matters is that you just keep taking one more step and in time it will come back.

Glad to see you fighting. Very motivating, even if you don't see it!
