Day 1

Hey all...got PowerFull in today along with some more of my cissus that I've been taking consistently for 2.5 months now.

Am doing 6 of each ED. 2 of each morning, 2 of each midday, and 2 of each at night....all in between meals...ie, 1 hour before and two hours after.

Have taken 2 doses so far today and already I feel more pumped than normal..as well as more hard/fuller.

Starting stats:

ht: 5'10"
wt: 260 (give or take a few lbs. every day due to carb cycling :) )
BF%: I'd say 10%...I have somewhat visible abs when relaxed and very noticeable when flexed sooo...

Arms: (taken cold)
L: 18.5 limp...19.5 flexed
R: 18.25 limp....19.25 flexed

Forearms: (taken relaxed at my sides)
L: 16"
R: 15.75"

waist: 35"

I don't do any other measurements, sorry.

Split: I train every 9th day...IOW's I use a push/pull/leg split, and simply put 2 days rest in between each session.

session 1: chest tris
session 2: back/bis
session 3: legs/delts

I do 3-4 exercises/body part and 3 sets/exercise. Rep range is 6-10....blah, blah, blah.. :D

Diet is 4500 cals...training days 5000.
Use a 30/40/30 ratio of P/C/F.

I had some of those older pics of myself up in the pics section, but took them down a few months later for security reasons...they were a couple years old and I weighed around 225 or so... sorry, no recent ones.

Damn man, your arms / forearms are just a tad bigger than my long term goals for myself (I'd like 18" / 16" if my body will do it). Great work so far, I look foreward to seeing what PowerFULL does for you.

I want to know who you are lifting with! At 5'10" (my height) and 260 pounds you are a monster! I've only got two guys at my gym our height and heavier than you while being somewhat lean and they are crazy big.

Honestly, I have to atribute most of my gains to AAS...I've really been pushing the envelope for the past two years...and it seems that when I stay off for awhile (like currently) I really start to shrink down due to genetics...so don't think that I'm all that blessed in that dept. If I stay off for around a year, I will be having a hell of a time just retaining anything that I've gained while on AAS...no matter how good diet/training is...my cuttoff point w/o AAS is around 230 or so.

The guys that I train with, we train privately, ie. in our own homes...but we all have pretty descent setups. And these guys stay on all the time and never come off. They are around 280-300...not super cut, but blow me away nonetheless. Going on 5 months here soon AAS free, and my body is starting to really reject my muscle mass....so hopefully this new product will help here...this is the main reason I bought it...besides curiosity...my program just needs a boost right now....thx for the compliments.
 
Day 2

A little thing I noticed...

I get great sleep every night as it is...very, very deep, vivid dreams, and for the most part, I know how to control my dreams through lucid dreaming techniques (some may know what I mean here). Usually 8 hours every night, and will only wake up in order to pee.

So last night I had even weirder dreams that were almost nightmares, and VERY intense. I've ran my share of aas and had these types before, but still not as intense. This one dream I had, I was fighting this guy who is the father of an old frined I used to have...I guess deep down I have this hatred for him...because I really don't think about this guy all day...lol. Anyways, I wake up to myself punching the side of my bed...it's wood, and like right underneath the mattress. I only know that I hit it just once as I was awaking, but there is a chance that I could've hit it some more prior to wakmin because now my wrist is THROBBING...this was very weird...very, very, weird. I had some other weird dreams too, but if I talked about them, you wouldn't understand anywyas...lol...until next time>>>???

lol...it was a really wild punch too...I was laying on my back, and I swung my right arm all the way across my body and it hit the side...lol. Man, if I would've had a girl in the sack, I'd have some explaining to do to either her father or the cops...cuz I woulda knocked that bitch out!! :rofl:
 
I go to sleep in another 3 hours or so since I don't have class till later tomorrow...wonder who I'm gonna get it on with tonight!!?? :D
 
Day 3

Arm measurements are up .25" even though my workout yesterday sucked total ass. But don't front...this is due to having a slacking diet the past 7-10 days....there is no doubt about it...when I don't eat right, I lose mass and strength, simple as that...so powerfull looks as though it's doing something in this regard since it's adding size with less strength attained.

Look more plump and fuller...complexion is about the same...maybe a couple more zits...hard to tell as I'm still waiting for some redness/bumps to go away from some cystic acne I'm getting over.

Appetite is somewhat increased as well...I just started using chewing tobacco again last week, and my appetite was next to nothing the last week, but yesterday and today I've noticed that I can shovel it down again, no problem.

hmm...what else...? Weight still the same, but honestly, I don't go by the scale, I go by the mirror....but I will still let you guys know of any change there.

Waist is the same...but I feel like I'm kinda bloated, so we'll see how that fares in the upcoming weeks.

Guys, if you have any more questions, or something else that you want me to keep an eye on, please don't hesitate to ask...until next time>>>???


EDIT>>> Oh I almost forgot...even though my workout sucked yesterday due to diet, the pump I got was very, very good...abnormally good...I actually had a huge pump in my delts and tris after my first warm up set of shoulder presses of 200lbs...it usually takes at least a few sets just to get my pump started...so..
 
Day 4

Powerfull seems to be doing it's magic. So far I've gained .25" on arms, forearms are same...lost .25" on waste, weight still the same. I look as though I've got the fullness if I were on an AAS cycle right now. Very thick, and pumped all day, at the same time still looking vascular.

The major thing I've noticed is that first thing in the AM, before I've even eaten anything yet, I still look very full...as compared to the usual "flat" look in the AM from not having any calories in me for 8 or so hours...this just started occuring today...

As said in another thread earlier, the powerfull seems to have exacerbated my oily face and acne...even starting to sprout some zits on the shoulders which is very rare for me. But, this could mean that it is freeing up bound test, so....

Sleep is still descent and since the first night on this, I haven't had any more weird dreams like I did when I was punching my bed...lol...but deep sleep is still there.

Next workout is tomorrow and will be chest/tri's....will update then to note any strength increases...until then>>>

priced based on 130 caps as it reads on the bottle but each bottle contains between 135-140 caps. We are the only company that fills the bottles to the top...our trademark! Has the been said before:}

Why lifed, why :blink: I'm on day 11 of being cope free, and its still a bitch (I have been chewing for over a decade). It pains me to see someone fall back off the wagon.

Sounds like a winner so far (except for the acne of course). If this stuff is anything like GH, I would think it would improve your skin though.

yes bow, I know, I know...I'm using the stress excuse card this time. This past month since I've gone back to school along with working a part-time job has just been very stressful.

CDL liscensing school is anywhere from 3-10 hours/day depending on what the weekly curicullum is, and the days that are short, I help out with a little home improvement in order to pay bills.

I'll make myself quit again, just not right now. :ntome:

Yes, not too bad. I'm going to start using just straight tetracycline in order to battle the acne.

My question though is this....the way tetra works is that it inhibits protein synthesis...this isn't too good for the BB'er...so you guys that are using/have used anti's for acne, do you think if I were to include some acidipholus (sp?) in my regimen, would I be okay in regards to the reduced protein synthesis? And would using the acido interfere with the tetra doing it's job? I'm kinda in the dark here and I tried reading as much info as time permits for research, but couldn't find any info...any help?
 
That may be a side-effect, but that's not why it's prescribed for acne. It is an antibiotic, that it how it works, by killing the bacteria that causing the infection, IOW, acne. However it probably kills off bacteria in your stomach which could lead to decreased protein breakdown/absorption (???), but I don't know about this since enzymes break down protein, not bacteria.

Ahhh, copenhagen is some good stuff, definately going to be hard to quit when I choose to do so, I should probably just do it, but dont have the motivation at the moment I guess.

lifted, do you like the workout you are doing now with working each muscle every 9 days? Seems like it would be pretty good for ensuring a good recovery and increasing strength.

Yes, as I've gotten bigger, I seem to overtrain more easily. So I have to counter this by taking more days off.

It allows me to recover more and take a break less often from training altogether...so this equates to more time growing IMO.

When on AAS, I usually go back to a 3-day split...each BP every 7 days.

And when doing PCT, I'll take it even further and only train every 4th day or rather putting 3 days in between each session....do that for 4-5 weeks, then go back to my 9-day split.
 
Lifted, a very good question about the possible effects of tetra on protein synthesis in other tissue. Now all of the human studies indicate that it does not seem to have the effect of decreased protein synthesis in humans but only various gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Of course I have never found a sufficiently intelligent explanation as to why they would inhibit protein synthesis in bacteria and not humans. On the other hand I am sure that someone with extensive education in this area would have numerous plausible mechanisms of action. I can think of some but I don't have the science to back them up.

But the real question is not what these studies show in people who were probably not athletes and minor differences in protein synthesis to them really didn't matter. I am also sure that most of the studies looked for differences in whole body protein turnover which may or may not indicate a decrease in mucle protein synthesis.

In my experience over the years with various antibiotics for acne (long term) and aas/ph/etc. I have to say that I have never noticed any significant difference in training or progress during time periods on or off antibiotics. With that said maybe I am so frequently on them that I can not be really sure.

You bring up very valid points. To tell you the truth, the times that I've ran minocycline I hadn't noticed any difference either.

Instead of having to make appt. drive 30 miles to my dermatologist, I had a relative write me a script for Tetracycline instead...so when I was reading up on any differences that I may need to consider, I found the earlier info.

The bad thing about all this is that I was told to dose 250mg 4 times/day on empty stomach...and since I gotta does my cissus/powerfull on empty stomach 3x/day...it's really making my daily eating/dosing schedule very aggrivating as you can see...lol. Although, I read that I can still dose the tetra twice/day and should still see results, so I'm going to just do it that way and see...

To tell you the truth though, today it seems that my acne/oilyness is starting to clear up and subside.... *sigh* so I'm going to hold off on the tetra and see if it continues to get better.
 
Day 5 (sorry about posting so late, I went out with some friends tonight)

Okay, trained chest/tris today and got a couple more reps than last time, but nothing major...

-I still feel pumped/strong all day long.

-Measurements are the same as last post

-sleeping is excellent still

-libido is a tad bit raised, but the thing I notice the most is that I'll have a hard-on out of nowhere. I won't even be thinking about anything sexual or what not, and out of the blue I'll just happen to notice a bulge down south...kinda embarassing today while at school...was driving the school's tractor trailer and I got this damn woody that I'm trying to hide while my instructor is in the passenger seat...lol.

-appettite is going strong

-as said earlier, my acne/oilyness on face is starting to subside...so it seems anyhow...I'll give it a few more days before I add in any antibiotics to see if it clears itself up.

-weight is up to 265...which is weird because while on maintenance cals and carb cycling, weight never goes past 263 in the morning. Same food every day too, so we'll see how it continues through next week.

-Again, any other things you guys wanna know, please ask. until next time...>>>
 
Day 6

-Nothing much to report. I feel less DOMS today as compared to my usual next day after training.

-Skin redness/acne/oilyness is really starting to go away now. Even less than yesterday. It blew up the first few days, but now even the cystic acne (that takes months to go away) is very hard to see unless you're up close and personal. I'm very happy about this. Maybe a new acne treatment as well? Hmmm....I'll update again next workout, unless anybody has any questions/observations, thx.
 
Day 7

-weight is back down to 262 as of this morning.

-The initial .25" gain on biceps is now gone and am back to starting measurements. Waste has gained a half inch, but this could just be from having a high carb day the day before.

-I feel absolutely zero DOMS today...this is a big improvement compared to the usual.

-Acne improvement is even better than yesterday, so this is VERY interesting.

-Last night I had the weirdest dreams once again. And I woke up scared outa my mind a few times. I had this dream where me and a handful of friends was overseas on this island type deal. We were trying do some sort of mission in order to kill some bad guys (lol) and for what I can't remember now. But we stormed in through the windows of this mansion and was doing this stealth type stuff and was shooting people left and right. eventually the **** hit the fan and we all were surrounded by the "bad guys" although the bad guys were people I also knew/know. I can't remember much what happened before and after what I just described, but I remember just before I woke up, my CDL instructor (one of the bad guys) was carving up my crew with this knife....I then took this ice pick-type rod and started to smack him in his face...I woke up right after I saw mad blood and bodily disfigurement everywhere...freaked me the hell out.

I have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER why I keep having these violent ass dreams. I'm really not a violent guy in real life, so this was kinda freaking me out. ANd it seemed like this dream lasted for HOURS. Very, very weird.

-I train Back/biceps tomorrow, will post results then.

End of first week final thoughts

So far Powerfull has been doing a good job with pumps in gym, pumps out of gym (volumizer-like), acne so it seems, and sleep quality (although I was fine prior).

Signs of raised libido are not really there much if any. Erections are more frequent though, but I seem to notice these out-of-nowhere woody's arising 1-2 hours after each dose. So taking before sex should really help out this way.

So if basing my decision to buy again by just this week's results' (which I'm not btw) I would say no. At least not unless the price drops some more. But of course this is only the first week, and things could certainly pick-up from now...and I've only trained twice so far, so optimism is still there, don't get me wrong. Plus, I may even require a larger dose since I'm 250+. But if a higher dose IS needed, that's where the price comes into play.

So stay tuned, hopefully I'll be experienceing some strength increases like everyone else is getting...until next time>>>

Day 8

-Trained back/bis a little while ago. Nothing to report strength-wise. :sad: I actually lost strength, which is weird since I ate like a beast yesterday and today. Only by a couple reps though, so I ain't sweatin' it.

-Libido still unchanged.

-Pumps in gym were great and felt pumped all day long. But, I can't understand that if I'm "feeling" pumped and stronger, why aren't I gaining strength/size? LOL, no idea.

-On a side note, the cissus is just awesome, I can now go through workouts w/o any pain whatsoever...def a good thing not having to worry about messin' myself up on certain lifts as it used to hinder my progress on them.

-Dreaming wasn't so bad last night. :D
 
From advice of ceosm, I'm going to up my dose to 8 caps/day. This will only leave me like 9-10 more days this way, but I want to see some strength/size from the product, so I'll start at 8caps/day tomorrow.

i'm guessing it is because you are so far above your natural potential. silly little herbals dont do a thing for me either in terms of strength and weight, undoubtedly because i am 270lbs (although some are good - cissus does its job well as an analgesic and even methoxyisoflavone drops recovery time)

then again, it takes a strong steroid to make it happen for big guys....ie. MOHN isnt gonna cut it. even var isnt all that effective past a certain physique/weight threshold.
 
It's a possibility sameold, no doubt. I am usually a higher dose kinda guy too. Hopefully after bumping up to 8 caps ED, I'll see something more.

Why wouldn't I take it? I've been using cissus for approx 2-3 months now, so I know what does what. Take a gander at the other Logs and they are also stacking cissus. Besides, I payed for this with MY money, the beta wasn't given to me like the others.
 
Day 11

-I said the hell with it and bumped my dose up to 9caps/ED instead of 8.

-Holy crap what a difference it made..LMFAO!!! I trained delts/legs today and BAM!!! I was able to increase poundages by 5lbs. on BB shoudler presses and 15lbs. on deads...yeah baby!!

-I gained back that .25" on the ceptules and then some, maybe another 1/16". Waste is down a 1/2"!!!! And weight is up to 266. <<<< this is kinda irrelevant though because I've been up to 273 before...but not as lean....so...

-Recovery is ridiculous, I honestly think that my recovery as far as DOMS is concerned the same if not better on a moderate test only cycle. I wasn't the slightest bit sore yesterday after my back/bi workout two days before.

-complexion is nuts too. I haven't been this cleared-up skin wise in a very long time. Test injections always clear me up really good until I hit post cycle, so maybe this is raising test?? MAX32, WE NEED THAT BLOODWORK HOLMES..LOL.

-libido is also FINALLY increased now from increasing the dose.

-dreams are still crazy as hell...I'm kinda scared to go to sleep, but as long as I have my Bert and Ernie blanket, they will protect me. :lol:
