Do you find barbell rows tax your lower back and effect your lower body sessions?
I toyed with them last night but didn't stick with it bc of that.
I only do them once in awhile. Like once every two weeks. If I tried to program them in regularly then yes I could definitely see that. I honestly don't really like them. Just throw them in to mix it up. At my gym all I can do is cable row, chest supported row, and barbell row. The dumbbells are too light.
