Looking at that bench I think you underestimate yourself sometimes. Considering how strong you have gotten so fast that is huge.

Just wrote for 10 hours with little to no break. I've ingested so much caffeine that sleep is nowhere in sight. Worst part is these stims have me feeling extremely anxious. I cannot relax. This is awful.

PR is 200 on the dot. I'd like to hit 225 in a year or so. OHP progress is extremely slow for me

I still get cut up through a bandaid, DL socks, and sweatpants. Oh well, it's better than before.

Dude, you should get in the smith machine and put plates under your heels to get the form down before you do 315 again. We're not going for world records every season.

You're right, man. These compound lifts are scary. Not worth the risk. Back to machines and calisthenics for me.

Ecstatic with today's benching. Hit 340 (10# PR). And I did it ~15-20lbs lighter! Reviewing the film I was probably good for 345 or 350 too. Good things to come.

You should do some sort of event where you do these for sport one day...I can't think of what it is ;)

Yeah, next training cycle I'll be incorporating more paused work. Admittedly, I strayed away from it just because I was being lazy. Need to get back to it.

I did the same for some time. Now pause benching is my main work and touch and go is assistance. However lately I've paused everything including db presses.

Luckily, I'm good at pausing. Last cycle my TnG max and paused max were the same. Reps are a different story for obvious reasons.

Thanks for getting on my ass about it though. Likely would have kept riding the lazy train if not.
