I still get cut up through a bandaid, DL socks, and sweatpants. Oh well, it's better than before.

Dude, you should get in the smith machine and put plates under your heels to get the form down before you do 315 again. We're not going for world records every season.

Ecstatic with today's benching. Hit 340 (10# PR). And I did it ~15-20lbs lighter! Reviewing the film I was probably good for 345 or 350 too. Good things to come.

Yeah, next training cycle I'll be incorporating more paused work. Admittedly, I strayed away from it just because I was being lazy. Need to get back to it.
I did the same for some time. Now pause benching is my main work and touch and go is assistance. However lately I've paused everything including db presses.
