Dealing with some quad tendinitis. Looks like I overshot my MRV (maximum recoverable volume) this mesocycle. Gonna take the rest of the week off squatting and any quad dominant accessory work. I HATE missing out on scheduled work, but it's for the best.
Week 15 is a deload. Week 16 I'll be back at it. Weeks 16-20 are lower in volume anyway. Time to hit big weights...I hope.

Yeah you're getting your strength to the point where intensity will need to be lowered closer to 60% to keep your frequency up or you'll have to drop a day of squatting. In the interim, wrap that knee and smash the quad from hip to kneecap with a barbell as hard as you can. You'll hate me for a few minutes, then you'll thank me.
