Yohimbine does work great. It can give you a bit of anxiety and insomnia depending on dosing time. Those are definitely all helpful ingredients for libido. There are also a few natural anabolic products available that can help quite a bit with libido. I would check out Alphamax XT. It contains a great natural testosterone profile including L-Dopa, Longjack, and Stinging Nettle, which can help increase sex drive and libido. Alphamax XT also contains a natural AI that can help limit cortisol and estrogen, which can also help increase libido.
If you're looking for fast acting product, I would try out yohimbine hcl. It might not be as effective due to low libido, but it can help with blood flow
Would not combine with a SSRIYohimbine does work great. It can give you a bit of anxiety and insomnia depending on dosing time.
Is that due to its effect on 5ht receptors? That would be my guess and would agree but I'm curious if you are thinking the same thingWould not combine with a SSRI
High dose yohimbe was the only thing I found to reverse SSRI induced loss of libido, but the side effects are very unpleasant.
Look into a 5-ht3 antagonist, that is probably the only thing that will help in your situation.

Interestingly, we did not see any worsening of anxiety symptoms in this study. alpha2-antagonists have been shown to induce panic attacks in susceptible individuals (Krystal et al, 1992); however, we did not see any significant increase in panic attacks or anxiety ratings on the HARS. In fact, there was a significant improvement in HARS over the 6-week course that appeared independent of whether or not yohimbine was administered. Yohimbine has also been reported to ameliorate antidepressant-associated sexual dysfunction (Hollander and McCarley, 1992; Price and Grunhaus, 1990)
I hate to be the Debbie Downer but it only got worse to the point where I lost all interest in sex. I could watch porno and not even care and I literally stopped checking out women (and no i'm not gay). Only time i'd be into sex is when i've been drinking. It's nothing wrong with your tool its all the mind and it goes far past the saying "all in the mind" its neurological not psychological.
SSRI's is tricky though, it effects everyone different and every SSRI can effect you differently too. My experience may not be anything like yours.
Yohimbe is known to cause anxiety in high dosages and probably in low doses to anxiety/depressed people. I wouldn't suggest playing with fire at a gas station? there is a strong link between anxiety and depression, both treated with SSRI's. If you're going to take yohimbe to help with erections, might as well get off SSRI's completely cause you're being counterproductive by taking yohimbe
I wouldn't recommend yohimbine to someone with depression and anxiety either. I can't take more than 2.5mg once a week or it makes me extremely irritable.
What I recommend for OP is to try single ingredient products to see what works for you before trying combo products. I'd start with Maca it's pretty cheap. Long Jack, bulbine and Tribulous have worked best for me for rock hard errections. They used to boost my sex drive but I think I've just gotten desensitized to them because now my libido is pretty lousy. My problem is because of high antihistamine use due to my severe year round allergies.
I can recommend brands i use if you're interested
Hey I've been struggling with low sex drive and difficulty maintaining an erection due to my antidepressant. I know the easiest solution would be to switch antidepressants but this is the only one that works for me.
Anyways my relationship is being effected because of this and I'm looking for a natural alternative to Viagra. Do you have any recommendations?
So far I've gathered that L-Arginine, Horny Goat Weed, Maca, and Tribulus have been found effective. This product seems to have them all. What do you think?
Hey thanks for your input. What brands would you recommend? I think I will try Maca first.
Forgot to mention selegeline.
It brought my libido back from the dead and made me feel like a teenager for about 2 years until it's effects diminished altogether.
It is a MAO-B inhibitor,so I would check with your doctor about possible interactions with the antidepressant you are taking.
1 More Repp Tried send you a PM, your box is full...hope I don't get slapped for this...I use the gelatinized Black Maca from The Maca Team. If you have trouble digesting Maca, go for the gelatinized version, if not, get the raw powder. Read what they have to say, it's good info.

tried all that stuff...Hey I've been struggling with low sex drive and difficulty maintaining an erection due to my antidepressant. I know the easiest solution would be to switch antidepressants but this is the only one that works for me.

I've been using it off and on for just over a year now and have been very satisfied with it. My test levels aren't what they used to be but aren't low enough to go on trt so that's why I started taking it.Anyone try enclomiphene? Trying to avoid TRT at this point

Energy, recovery, mental clarity, sleep quality, workout results all appeared to be improved. Over time I found that my weight was creeping up (in a good way) while I also appeared to be leaning out around the midsection. No change at all in regards to libido to report. I haven't experienced any sides at all and over all feel fantastic while on.
All that being said I have some reservations about going on and never going off (essentially perpetually blocking the estrogen receptors). I've tried 5 day on/2 days off and then taking a short break vs. taking it daily followed up with a longer break. What I've been doing of late is taking it daily for 60 days (60 caps per bottle) and then taking off for at least 30 days. I'm taking it at 12.5mg but I've seen some guys report seeing satisfactory results at 6.25mg.
I've found through trial and error that for the most part I don't feel all that much different for about the first 4 weeks after going off but from that point on I notice that I start feeling worse the longer I'm off presumably because at that point my test levels are declining. As soon as I go back on I notice that within a week my sleep quality improves.
Searching around online I see guys reporting that they feel great on it and others saying that they hated it. Fortunately I fall into the former category. There also seems to be some serious nocebo effect going on with enclomiphene. Some of the people who say that they didn't like it seemed to imagine that they were experiencing every side effect under the sun often within a matter of days. I saw one post on reddit where some guy claimed that enclomiphene gave him floaters...10 minutes after his first dose which is obviously impossible.
Arimahex from Apex Alchemy has me insanely ready. Pulling me off my GF is like trying to pull apart a grilled cheese sandwich. So many creampies I should open a bakery. What else you guys got? Need libido up and refractory period down
