Hello, i am 22 years old been lifting for about 4 years on and off since highschool for sports.
Im currently 165lbs trying to put on noticeable size
I am still planning out my first PH Cycle nothing as been bought
I am planning on running Epi-10 by LGI for 4 weeks at 20/30/30/40
I will be taking on cycle support Competitive Edge Labs – Cycle Assist

My OTC PCT i have planned out is

Competitive Edge Labs – PCT Assist. An ALL purpose PCT product that will help boost testosterone production, help balance hormones and assist with estrogen regulation.
iForce Nutrition – Reversitol v2. An effective Estrogen Regulator and Testosterone Booster.
Driven Sports – Lean Xtreme. One of the most popular and proven products that control the effects of Cortisol.

Do you think this will be a good OTC PCT or should i add anything? You can spam, serm serm serm but it will just take this off topic

And a question i have is do i just start running all 3 products the day after my last dose of EPI?

Thanks -toby

Less expensive Epi option there from IronFlex.

As per request I will hold my tongue on the need for a SERM...
yes start the day cycle ends, and continue running your cycle supports into PCT

165lbs how tall are you? unless you are <5'5 you probably need to fix your diet first. And the reason people cram a SERM down your throat is because they work. If you really want to skip it you should get blood work or leave the pills in a bottle its really for your own health. ARCpointlabs does blood work for about 125 for just test levels.

anyone else on my OTC PCT? Any recommendations adding?
Driven2lift i would order from your site if EPI-10 was in stock let me know when you guys reup

Don't use an OTC pct for epi.

Get Reduce XT instead of Lean Xtreme. Reduce XT is superior at controlling cortisol compared to Lean Xtreme. Unless it is the old version, then LX is good.
