Ok feeling better now strength has kicked in def and feeling like a absolute brute in the gym.weight now up nearly 10 kgs but why am I dry reaching on food ? I read it once but I've forgotten!

If you mean loss of appetite , I think it has to do with the liver...ATLEAST I think so

Mate I missed a serve of TUDCA on an SD run and REALLY noticed it eh!! Just goes to show how good TUDCA is! Wouldn't even run a 2 step without it! Oh and WATER WATER WATER!
 
Yeah waters up fine but yeah gotta say its the first time I've ran tudca and its the best I've felt ! I usually run cycle assist but bought individual items this time so I can up or down the dose.working great so far

On my way to 100kg! 96kg up 10 in 14 days on track!! Sides minimal aplha 20 kicking in and pro tren still at 100mg a day.6 days left of alpha then screw it bring on the sd and up the tren to 150 as long as these sides are minimal! And no loss in libido at all still cracking morning woods! Have fadogia agrestis for the sd side soon lol see how we go! Lifts have really increased except back smashing it there! But I'm adding sets doing drops anything to get a huge pump as well as doing the heavy lifts to.ive also kept a staple of bench press squats deads and military press each week the big compounds baby! 20 pounds in 10 days happy? **** yeah
 
Sorry guys haven't posted,skipped 2 days if wirkouts and eating crap food,my misses waters broke 11 weeks early and have been at. The hospital pretty constantly since then.not born yet but we are trying to keep him in there as long as possible as he is only around the 2 pound mark so big a worry !!! Starting working out at 5 in the morning now for time now see how we go. I've lost around 2 kgs in 2 days prob from stress.ill do my best

I've got 2 kids myself mate so I know how stressful it is! Hope it all goes well , everything is formed pretty much 100% at 29 weeks so if he does come now should be g2g !!!!!
