Today I did back in the a.m and just blasted out biceps and triceps. Freaking brutal. Cramping pretty bad lately I just grabbed some taurine and potassium. Hopefully that will help..
Thank god for rezolution for this one. Super volume like You would expect from me. My energy was great through out both workouts. I'm spent now though
 
Mood and focus is definitely very much improved with this product. A great thing to be taken during a cut.
 
Continually loving this product.took it yesterday for legs and just energetic and good Focus. Super high leg volume and felt great and energetic the whole way. Have told many friends about this product looking for the same
 
Good to hear, I am buzzing along nicely on it right now. Still haven't developed a large tolerance for it.

Im confused... youre logging and testing 2 thermos from 2 companies at the same time??
 
Only reason yesterday two got ram on the same day was due to I was exhausted.they are always run on different days. From the beginning of the logs it was stated these would be logged purely to try an stay relatively lean while bulking and for the energy and focus which can be distinguished by running on different days. Sorry for the confusion
